I randomly met owner at Rock Hill small business lunch meeting. Casual conversation about our businesses reminded me of my cracked windshield. We exchanged business cards, he said Susie (office mngr) would contact me for my VIN info and get me a quote. Within a few hours Suzie contacted me. I provided my VIN, had a quote that day and scheduled remote windshield replaced that week. Day of replacement rain was forecasted, but they didn’t miss a beat, picked up my truck, took to their place and replaced as scheduled. Owner even dropped off my vehicle as a courtesy. It’s great knowing good people and businesses still exist. I highly recommend this business…thank you BEAM Auto Glass!

Beam Auto Glass is a great business, I called them to have my windshield replaced, Lisa went over all the details and procedures with me; we have the appointment scheduled but ran into some minor issues with the windshield, they called me back to schedule another appointment at my job place, I was surprised that the technician arrived 40 minutes before our appointment, he was very polite and did the service so quick then technician who had to do the calibration arrived on time same thing.... everything was done in less time than expected. Clean, Fast and Quality is something I'll use to define their service. I'll appreciate the time each of their members took to give me a great customer experience. I called several places getting quotes on repairing windshields for my company vehicles. This company insisted that I had to drive to them to get the discount that they offered. I ended up finding a company that was $60 cheaper per vehicle, and would come to my business to replace the windshields. I did forget to call this company back to cancel my appointment, which was totally my fault but Susan decided to call my business no less than 5 times and when my employee told her we got them repaired with another company she told him, “well thanks for letting me know. I hope you have a bad day” and hung the phone up on him. I guess their customer service only goes up to the point where they’re trying to get your business. Do not be rude to my employees Susan.

They were supposed to come out around 12 but the back glass didn’t come in. They called and let me know and made sure later in the day was ok. They came out around 3, I wasn’t home but they knew that, and put in the back glass. Looks good and they even made sure to attach the antenna. Not sure about the defrost yet but time will tell. My only complaint is that they didn’t even attempt to vacuum up the remaining glass. I vacuumed all of the original glass. So only glass left was what ever remained along the outer edge. When I entered the car there was glass on the front seats, back seats and in the hatchback. Also there was glass on the drive pad I had to clean up.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

We are repeat customers with this friendly, professional company. If you are looking for quality and professional service, you will not be disappointed. We had a windshield replaced in one car and then needed repair on another car. Both experiences were effortless on my part. Lisa greeted me with a smile on the phone every time we spoke (that makes a difference). The crew that performed both jobs were friendly and professional. All this for half the price of the big name company. The prices we paid were very reasonable and level of service was outstanding. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent service from first call to final installation. These folks are great , Lisa who processed the claim with our insurance company was extremely helpful, she even had a conference call with our insurance company to make sure we were all on the same page as to quality of product we expected. The installers were top notch, he was not in a rush, he made sure everything was done right and that we were satisfied with the install , gave is his card if we had any issues after the installation to call him. I highly recommend this company if your are anywhere near Rock Hill SC and need auto glass.

Finally a gem! Have messed with old cars for many years. 2 days before Christmas a large limb fell through my carport and broke the back window out of my pickup. It's older so I only had liability insurance on it. I called around getting quotes and was amazed. Called Beam auto glass and their quote was a third the price of others. They came over in the rain and had all the parts, were very professional even vacuumed up the broken glass. I won't call anyone else next time and I advise anyone to do the same. Susie was incredibly helpful in setting up the claim through my insurance, making sure we got OEM replacement glass without any hassle. Reed and the entire team were extremely friendly, professional, and efficient. The whole process was quick, and my car looked brand new once they were done. I couldn’t be happier with the experience—highly recommend them to anyone. When looking for the shop just know that they're in the back of the Budget/Avis rentals building. This place was awesome. We were visiting a family member in town and our car got broken into and the drivers side window was shattered. We were calling around trying to get it fixed before heading back home and they were able to help us. They ordered the glass same day and it was ready to go in less than 2 hours. Ms. Susie was the sweetest and we didn’t catch the gentleman’s name but he crash taped our window for free so we wouldn’t get wet with the weather coming in. If we were local we’d use them every time!

On Monday, called and spoke with Susie who's very friendly, and able to schedule me in Wednesday since I work remotely. Reed sent me a text Wednesday afternoon to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. What I really appreciate is how he shook my hand to formally introduce himself. He also welcomed me to watch as he explained the process. Took about 15 minutes to repair the chip. Smooth process, reasonably priced and the service is outstanding! Thank you Beam folks!!😁 -Sibrina
