Mt. Pleasant Windshield

Kevin is awesome. This the second time I have used him. First time was a few years ago, but called him again for a different truck this week. Got a crack right in my line of sight from a rock from a truck. Called him that day and he handled everything quickly. If the windshield was easier to get he could have been there next day. I didn't have to do much at all other than give him my insurance information and find a day that worked for him to come. The insurance company called to verify and ask a few questions but he handled the rest. On newer cars and trucks like my 2022 Ram there is a lot going on behind the rear view mirror with cameras and safety features. Kevin knows all about it and trained to calibrate it properly once replaced. I had wanted OEM glass and Kevin went out of his way to try to track it down with several calls. Never did I get a sense I was bugging him or that he wasn't going to be thorough in every way. He shows up right on time and couldn't be nicer. He absolutely knows exactly what he is doing and very patient with questions. Super top notch service and would give him more stars if I could. Can't ask for better service, especially for someone that comes to your driveway. Fast, friendly, professional, reliable, patient, thorough. What else? Amazing

I really can't say enough about Kevin and his service. I had my rear windshield shatter and I reached out to Mt. P Windshield through my insurance, due to the great reviews. Kevin reached out promptly to let me know that they don't do rear glass, however, he offered to come out and bag my window (at no charge) to help me out in the meantime. He showed up at the designated time, was super courteous and diligent. He really helped me out since the shop I was able to get my repair scheduled at would have required me to drive on the highway with a shattered rear window. Kevin went out of his way to be a HUGE help, despite not being able to get my formal business. I would give 10 stars if I could! The service and communication were amazing; They had me on the phone with my insurance and approved for windshield replacement in Minutes! There ended up being a manufacturer defect in the glass on the first windshield, but they came back two days later and completely replaced it, and now it's perfect! The replacement only took about an hour and it was ready to drive, which is some every single mom or busy individual needs! I couldn't be happier! If I ever have auto glass issues in the future I won't go anywhere else, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know!

I noticed a crack in my windshield 2 days before I was supposed to leave Sullivan's Island. Long drive to Chicago with the family, so I needed it done quickly. Kevin got out to me the next day, was on time, sorted out payment with my insurance comany, and did a great job with a complex windshield that has cameras and other sensors integrated into it. I’m so glad I found Kevin! I needed my windshield replaced and was having trouble getting an appointment with the national chain auto glass company (you know the one), and when I finally got one it was at a far location and I had to go to them. Reached out to Kevin today (7/1/25) to make an appointment for one of the next few days, or next week, and the next thing you know he is in my driveway replacing the windshield-SAME DAY! He’s extremely professional, fast and thorough. They are even processing my claim for me. Will recommend MPW to all my friends, just not sure he can give any better service than what I received, wouldn’t doubt it if he can. Top notch service from Kevin. We are on vacation and our windshield was damaged beyond repair in the evening. I called at 8am the next morning spoke with Kevin - and explained our situation. He came to the hotel looked at our truck - called and gave us a quote and was able to replace our windshield the same day. Super nice guy and his customer service was on point. Superior to Safelite!. Safelite messed up three appointments via USAA claims (wrong glass twice) and I had to travel to them in N. Charleston. Kevin came out to my house, changed my Lexus GX460 glass with OEM windshield and calibrated my vehicle perfectly. Why use anyone else, especially for an insurance claim. An awesome experience! I had no idea that my car could have a safety camera attached to it. Fortunately this local company explained everything, replaced my windshield & recalibrated the camera safety system. It cost me nothing out of pocket as they billed my insurance directly. On top of that they donate money to local nonprofits for every job that they do & I get to choose which one, how great is that!!
