I have to. Safelite auto glass repair and replacement. Shame on you. Employee left my neighbor with No windshield yesterday. Refused to put new one in due to a pin hole the size of the point on the end of a paperclip...and a Crack that the corner of a credit card Might fit in...Neighbor asked about a waiver because well...employee refused to put old windshield back in. And told him he needs to have the channel cleaned of small surface rust, Crack and pinhole fixed. And told him to take it to a body shop. Employee said no waiver. Said he'd come back if fixed because he would be just on other side of the lake...luckily I have experience in body work. I fixed it in less than 30min. Spent over 2hrs trying to get someone on the phone just to have them say. Employee wasn't answering his phone and had to reschedule for Wednesday! The slogan Safelite repairs Safelite replaces...give me a break. Do better people. My neighbor is also on disability with limited funds. Yet they left him with no windshield..so taking it to a body shop was out of the question..what is wrong with you, leaving an older person with this?! Elloree SC.

The technician was late getting to my house then he broke the windshield that he was supposed to be installing. The next appointment he was able to make to replace that "new windshield" was 5 days later and now I'm driving with a windshield that's worst than the initial one that he replaced! I'm completely dissatisfied and they have the nerve to say it's covered by warranty when the product wasn't even installed properly it's not a warranty issue

I was initially a bit upset because I had to come here due to time and availability restraints, but I am very glad I did. The installers were very personable, professional and expedient. The waiting area was very nice and it was a great overall experience. They made a bad situation (broken windshield) a positive experience which is very hard to do these days. Thank you guys! 👍🙂

Safelite's organization worked great for me... On the other hand not so much for my son. We desperately needed to speak to an agent and was unable. They called the morning of the appointment after scheduling 3 days prior. It was my son's 18th birthday and I wanted to get his car detailed in and out! I was disappointed so, from that experience, Safelite lost two stars from me

My service technician Matthew was very kind and explained the process throughly. This put me at ease because I was traveling from SC back home to MD in a few days AND did not want the crack in my windshield to worsen, as it was cracked a few days enroute to SC. I was also in the middle of SC historic snowfall, eek! All is well now. I’m grateful!

I had a 8am appointment. I was on time but the glass didn't arrive from the warehouse..they gave me a refund but I missed a day of work for this appointment. I'm very upset..this is so wrong to waste my and all they said was "I'm sorry man"..this is unacceptable

My windshield mysteriously cracked after the cold snowfall a few weeks back. The guy came out to my job and was really nice. He even gave me some repair tips for my car (his wife has the same one). I was very pleased. He deserves a raise.

I had an appt on 12/23 and everything went flawlessly. Mauriel was the individual who handled my Volvo. The process and timeframe was explained to me and my car was ready when promised. I’ll gladly recommend this place to anyone!
