Highly recommend Watts Auto Glass!! Tyler and his helper did a wonderful job replacing my Honda's windshield. The communication was prompt, the replacement and subsequent calibration were done with care. When I called my insurance company they made a recommendation of a company to use to replace the windshield, but I wanted a local company hoping to get an installer with experience who would take pride in the work. Excellent service! I am from Florida traveling and my driver side window stopped working. I thought it was broken. Tyler was able to accommodate and fix it! He too the time to evaluate the situation, explained what the situation was/is every step of the way. The best part is he did it all in a gas station parking lot. I CANNOT recommend these guys enough! Called them on a Friday night and they were at my house Tuesday morning at 9am! They were prompt, professional, paid attention to detail, and communicated with me when they arrived and when they were done! Took GREAT care of my broken windshield and it only took them about an hour, including recalibrating my camera too. My daughter’s car windshield needed replacing due to a crack from a rock on the road. I contacted Watt’s Auto Glass via email on Tuesday evening. Austin responded to my email that evening and I had an appointment scheduled by 9 AM the next day. The windshield was replaced today, within the scheduled time frame, at my daughter’s work. The communication, convenience, and customer service was top notch! I would highly recommend Watt’s Auto Glass.

Not much to say, which I think is a good thing. They were quick to respond to my inquiry, about a business day. Very upfront about the cost. Came during the time interval they said they would come. Done in an hour, informed me what to do with the tape. And from what I understand, I was charged as much as I would expect to be charged out of pocket for my car's front windshield. Looks good as new. Really appreciate them!

They were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional through the whole experience. My auto was only two days old when the windshield was cracked. I thought the car would never be like new again. because of sensor recalibration etc. The installers were well qualified and did an excellent job in a timely manner. It's brand new again. I don't see how you could go wrong with these guys.

I called 5 other glass companies. Watts price was well under the others. They got here when they said and were really fast. My windshield was busted from a wreck and I had a cut tire. I came out to pay and Steve and Tyler had my cut tire off and spare on my vehicle. Awesome job guys I really appreciate it.
