I googled "windshield repair near me". On Demand Windshield responded to my voicemail. I couldn't have been happier! FAST, COURTEOUS, REASONABLE/EFFICIENT service!!! What's the chances of calling for windshield replacement AND they have it ON HAND???!! LITERALLY, the ONLY wait time was his commute to the address of service...total repair time was roughly an hour. Jermaine was very kind, pleasant, and very fast! I asked him to schedule an appointment at 11am, thinking it would be a few days until we could schedule something but he said he'd be there today! He arrived by by 2:30p, and finished at 3:10pm! Very nice, clean, and efficient. Pricing was beter than anyone else in the area! Called and spoke to a gentlemen, he gave me a quote and said contact your insurance and we can get this done next week. Did all that and gave my insurance company his contact info. Four phone calls back to him and no response/no return calls, so I moved on to Safelite. Very unprofessional and not respectful of my time.
