I've been here twice & cannot express my gratitude to Danny & the front office team at Clearview. 1st encounter was after they replaced my windshield & I found a puddle of water on my driver's side floor mat about 2-3 days later. Danny immediately diagnosed that the drain hose in the sunroof had come apart, allowing water to drain into the driver's compartment. He took the molding off the "A" pillar & reattached the drain hose. After about 45 minutes, Danny, the owner, told me I was good to go & would not take any money for fixing the leak. My 2nd encounter was a few days before New Years Day. Another leak but on the passenger side. Same exact deal. He immediately had me pull into an empty service bay & began working on it. Within 30 minutes, I was back on the road. Again, no charge but I wished him a Merry Christmas and left him a gift anyway. It's very rare these days to find any service business that will joyfully & professionally take time from their busy schedule to set aside time assist you with an issue. Danny & Clearview are at the top of their game & the top of my list of places to go when I have windshield or leak issues. Their friendly and professional attention to detail is stellar & I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of assistance.

I was referred to Clearview from Jones Ford for a shattered sunroof. I spoke to Jan and she was so sweet and helpful. She gave me the number to Caliber Collision for a “crash wrap” until they’re able to replace my sunroof. The woman at Caliber told me they didn’t have any technicians available. I asked for the next available time, and she said, “They sell crash wrap in stores, just do it yourself.” I called Jan back to let her know that the place she referred had said that to me. She put me on a brief hold and came back stating that her technician found some crash wrap in their shop, and he was going to come to my workplace to complete the wrap in the parking lot! Keith showed up not long after, vacuumed out all the glass, and wrapped up my sunroof. He was so helpful, professional, and nice. Clearview has amazing customer service and I’m so thankful for Jan and Keith helping me through a very stressful situation. They will be replacing my sunroof glass next week. I managed to hit a bird on 7/18 and it ruined my windshield. I had called everywhere my insurance approved and couldn’t get anyone to fix it before a week plus out. I happened to make a post on social media looking for someone out of my desperation due to the fact that the damage was right in my eyeline while driving and it made me nervous but we weren’t able to do anything about it for a while. When Danny saw my windshield he reached out immediately and had me in Monday morning. His wife Jan went through everything with me and my insurance and had us in and out in no time. By the time I got there with my vehicle all the details were taken care of and all I had to do was wait. They got it done quickly, and efficiently and I would recommend them to ANYONE! they did a terrific job and I’m forever grateful to them for getting me in and getting it fixed so quickly when everyone else couldn’t! Jan promptly returned my call as I called after hours, got our insurance company on the phone and coordinated everything. She was able to get us on the schedule within a few days. Loved that she made it so easy for us to have the windshield replaced at our home. Chad came to our house as scheduled to replace the windshield. He was so polite, very professional and quick. He was in and out in no time and left us with clear directions on what to do and not do with the newly installed windshield. He left the Jeep cleaner than it was when he started. Love that we can select who we want to do the job instead of our insurance picking for us. They have replaced 2 for us, and we will continue to ask for them if we ever need another replacement. Quality work with a reputable and professional company!

A huge thank you to Clearview Auto Glass for replacing the windshield in my 2022 King Rang Explorer! Ms. Pam was extremely helpful in coordinating everything with Progressive and scheduling the repair itself. Due to the rain this morning, the technicians could not replace it at my office so I asked Ms. Pam if I could drop my car off at their shop instead; after a short 5 second hold she was able to fit me in. As I dropped it off, I was greeted by a very welcoming office crew including Ms. Pam herself. The technicians were also very professional and completed the replacement and recalibration process in no time. I strongly recommend Clearview for all your auto glass needs!!! Amazing Sales Rep (Mark) !! He's always super nice and patient, and delightfully pleasant to speak with eventhough He's busy. Mark is definitely always, customer service oriented. I actually thought he was the owner. Macy has a great customer service personality Thanks again 😉 The techs that came to my home were respectful as usual, and did an amazing job again. The calibration guy has a great personality. Thank u. This is the second time in 2 months that my glass gets hit, but at least I have an honest, and excellent company that will service it and not worry about having someone else fix it! First off, I’m not sure how this company isn’t 5-Star rated! Danny and his professional team determined our KIA Soul windshield needed replacing vs Chip repairs. They made an appointment to replace at my home today between 10-12. Received 20 minute out call and the professionalism of Techs JT&TB was outstanding. They fixed several areas the national chain folks messed up years ago and competently removed, prepped and installed new windshield and moldings. I love this “LOCAL” company for their honesty and committed team to 100% customer satisfaction. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done.

I had my windshield repaired by the professionals at the Mount Pleasant location. They came out to my home and replaced my windshield in less than an hour. Both technicians were very professional and helpful. Another technician came a few moments later to adjust my front camera and was quick and professional as well. I was so surprised at how nice the work was. I was even thrilled that they vacuumed and cleaned my car's interior as I was not expecting that. This company provides top notch and convenient service.
