Safelite AutoGlass

Safelite has to be one of the worst glass repair companies in the business! Tech came out today started taking out the glass in my truck half way he decided to tell me that he brought the wrong glass. After putting everything back together. He calls whomever, and they don't have one, but North Charleston has one but they can't get it here today. Don't you think that the tech should have check before starting the job. Same thing happen March, and another time one of the tech guys broke the compass that hooks to the rear view mirror. So this makes it 3 times in a row that they have screwed the job up for me. Will never use this company again. The regional manager out of north Charleston is a a$$ he told me to quit being so petty and dramaticand. I don't call screwing me out of 2 days and a broken part is being petty and dramatic. The Georgetown branch manager all but said they don't need my business.

Set a online appointment yesterday, drove 20 miles and was advised they shouldn't have made the appointment the technician was on a mobile call. Made a appointment the next day for them to come to my condo to fix the minor stone bruise. I'm on vacation so had to change my plans to make the car available from 8-12. Got a call at 8:30 to say they don't know why the appointment was made because there was no technician available. "Would you like to reschedule?" Love to and lose another half day of my vacation at Myrtle Beach. My first experience with Safelite and not very pleasant....

Really shows you can not trust anyone to do anything right I had my window replaced the guy did not put back together like it was it the is plastic clips missing rain guard is gone i have to replace that the did not clean the mating surface and just stuck the bull trap sticky stuff on now a week later no rain guard.... Just poor workman ship do better.. sad 😔 screws missing from door panel and handle the list goes on never again will I use this company

Fast, friendly service. Went above and beyond - I had an area of the car with some glass debris from an unrelated window incident. They were happy to clean that out for me and gave the floor an extra vacuum. I did have to make an appointment a few days ahead but that was easy online.

Perfect day at Safelite! Jose was just the best worker and so kind and helpful! He made sure I was comfortable in the waiting area as he set to work on our FJ windshield. He did a tremendous job replacing the windshield and was so caring and thoughtful! Thank you Jose and Safelite!

AWFUL! I had an appointment scheduled - no one was there and no answer on phone to either local NOR national # ...I ended very happy with local guy - Georgetown Auto Glass

I went in with questions as I have never had a windshield replaced. Very helpful and understanding. It will be replaced soon.

No issues with installation, but surprised it was not a Toyota windshield. Parking is very limited. The staff is friendly.

I scheduled my appointment at 10:00 am. I get here and they are closed. They claim my appointment was for 9:00 am. No way
