⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an incredible experience with Liberty Auto Glass and Body Shop! While driving down the interstate, my sunroof shattered. When I contacted my insurance company, I was originally told it would be covered under my $0 glass deductible. But when they realized their usual glass repair partner (Safelite) doesn’t fix sunroofs, they said it would have to go through a body shop as “body damage” instead—meaning I’d have to pay a $500 comprehensive deductible. Thankfully, I contacted Liberty Auto Glass. Trudy immediately assured me that this should still fall under the glass deductible and encouraged me not to settle for the higher charge. She then connected me with Jami, who truly went above and beyond. Not only did she take the time to listen to my situation, but she also took it upon herself to call my insurance company directly. She didn’t have to do that, but she genuinely cared and wanted to help. Thanks to her persistence, knowledge, and willingness to advocate for me, the insurance company reversed their decision and honored the $0 glass deductible. I truly believe that any other shop wouldn’t have taken the time or care to fight for me the way Liberty Auto Glass and Body did. They made a stressful situation feel manageable, and I’m incredibly grateful. Both Trudy and Jami were helpful, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. Their customer service is truly top-notch. I highly recommend Liberty Auto Glass to anyone needing fast, honest, and exceptional service!

I had a crack on driver’s side of windshield. My Honda dealership said they use Liberty so I called. Unlike the nationally advertised windshield repair company, they are a local business and answer the phone right away. Then, Trudy handled everything on the first call: merged me with my insurance provider to get approval, took my information, and I was delighted that they’re a preferred service shop for my insurance company. So, Progressive guarantees the work for life. On the same day, Trudy called me to schedule my car for 2 days later. That was today. The man who did the repair was excellent and really knew his stuff, and in short order, we were on our way! If I could give this small but extremely professional business 10 stars, I would.

Update.. they took the time to continue to lie after they seen my review.. so sad.. pictures of damage and bill in pictures judge for yourself. They didn't even put my door panel back on he knew the door was broke cause he had to roll down to get out I was literally stuck in my car after going here Ripped me off broke my door and then when I asked him to fix it he said it was my fault and was gonna call the cops on me so I strongly recommend you don't go here for any reason they are very untrustworthy and will lie and cheat you. The owner personally messages me to threaten me after leaving my review.

SAVED ME HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS! Went through to troubleshoot my rain sensor/intermittent wiper problem. I was told by a dealership that I needed a new "factory" windshield ($900) because the aftermarket windshield installed by a windshield company you see on commercials did not work with the sensor. Chris took the time to see if there was an issue with the computer system. He found that that was the issue, took the time to show me what was going on and how to set my wipers to get the "most" out of the rain sensor. I will take all my family cars here for windshield/glass issues from now on.

I can’t say enough positive things about Liberty Auto Glass & Body. I won’t ever use anyone else after they were selected by my insurance company to repair my shattered sunroof. (They have since also installed a new sunroof motor; not something your average bear could do, right?!?) They KNOW their business and everyone there is so nice, personable, and helpful….. plus, so skilled! If you need any kind of repair, call them first! I’m so glad that they were the ones to repair my roof. And P.S.: they also provide mobile glass repair service, weather permitting. Call them!

We had a water leak in my wife's car. Took it to 2 other repair shops, and although they tried, the leak was not found. They both gave up. I was referred to Liberty Auto Glass by a body shop, and within an hour, Chris, the technician, had located where the water was coming from. Then, he came up with an original and clever fix that has stopped the leak. Chris is a great technician, and a very personable man. I don't usually write reviews, but this shop is a winner, and I highly, highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with Liberty Auto Glass and Body Repair in Easley, South Carolina. They replaced my panoramic sunroof in less than a day and did a flawless job. Chris and Jami were very professional and friendly, and they kept me updated on the progress of the repair. They also made sure I was satisfied with the result and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Liberty Auto Glass and body repair for any glass or body work you need on your car. They are the best in the area!

I needed to replace a broken window regulator on my 2009 Dodge van, and Liberty Auto Glass was close. They were friendly and obviously knew what they were doing. As we were talking, a delivery truck drove up with the part they had just called in. I watched as they did the work, right then and there. Great experience. Do not be put off by the look of the place. They also collect and restore cars from the 50s-70s. Trust the reviews. For me, this was a very positive experience.

Crooks sold me a faulty car. I've only had it 3 months and have already put new spark plugs and 3 belts on it. The air compressor has locked down. A week ago today, it left me stranded in the middle of the highway and now it won't start up. This is ridiculous!!!! Also he charged me $65 extra to fix a window motor that I told him was broke before I bought the car!!! I am a single mother of 3 and unable to work. He ripped me off!!!!

I called Liberty Auto Glass Monday morning at 9:00. Chris found the window I needed, told me how much it would be, got it delivered and installed by mid-afternoon. And the price was lower than the lowest average for this area. They are great guys and even got all the glass out that I couldn't reach. Highly recommend!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto side window replacement
