I scheduled an all day appointment for 5/12/25 and I dropped my vehicle off the evening before. I got called for a confirmation, which was the only helpful thing safelite did. I heard nothing all day, so I drove to the shop, to find my truck still sitting in the same spot I left it at 2:45pm (7 hours after they opened) so I drove away and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Then, by 4:15pm I had still heard nothing, so I called and was told that they had tried to reach out to me, I had no missed calls, and was told that they couldn’t replace the glass because of “rust”, which at this point the weatherstrip had already been removed. So, I went up there at 5pm and asked what they planned to do about the missing weatherstrip since they refused to fix the glass, which is going against their policy. They told me there is nothing that they can do and were all around nasty people. Don’t even waste your time going to safelite in Camden, I’ve never met more lazy people in my life.

Booking was easy online. The service address somehow got switched day of the appointment but not a big issue but tech went to wrong spot. Windshield replacement went well and tech was nice. Upon completion the vehicle’s battery was completely dead and they were unable to jump the car to get it started. I had to rush home middle of the day to jump start my wife’s car with all the windows down and rain storm on the way. Usually I’d take that as a sign to take off work for the day and be happy but in the days following the car’s battery continued to struggle and quit working all together. Pre windshield fix it was perfectly fine, afterwards battery is shot and needs replacement. I understand doors need to be open etc but completely killing a battery is weird. $200 new battery later I called up the local safelite office and was told it’s my problem which is a bummer.

Experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Frequently updated on the status of my repair and although the techs were running a little behind schedule, they apologized for the delay and let me know they appreciated my patience. Little did they know they were giving me a much needed break from my five year old:) I didn't mind the wait at all! I drove 20 miles to the location furthest away from my home bc I thought the wait would be a little shorter, but instead I received tremendous service from the staff that more than made up for the slight delay. If I ever need an additional repair in the future I'll be sure to make the trip again to the Camden location and recommend friends and family to do so as well. Many thanks again!

My windshield had been something that had been weighing on me for months. Now I don’t have to stress anymore because I am incredibly happy with how it looks now. It is fixed, and it looks amazing. Not to mention, the new windshield wipers work great as well. They don’t leave streaks on your windshield. Jeffery did mine, and he was very nice. He communicated with me before he started, and he communicated with me afterwards as well. It took him a little less than an hour, but it was not rushed at all. I would definitely recommend coming here to anyone.

Took the vehicle to their shop in Camden, SC. The staff is courteous and professional. They did an excellent job replacing the windshield. It took about an hour. I went to the shop as we had cold and nasty weather. Again Safelite took care of our vehicle as they had done to a different one in Florida 8 years ago. It’s nice to be able to count on this type of service. Oh, and the online search and scheduling was very easy. Awesome!

Good experience. I made the appointment for a windshield replacement, they got the work done in a timely manner. They didn't seem too busy, maybe I was lucky. I was advised/warned it would take up to several hours, no surprise there, with the calibrations for all the electronic stuff. Done sooner than I expected. They made sure I knew what to do for the integrity of the windshield seal.

High price for small chip. Called for a small chip and was quoted $250. I was flabbergasted and they quickly said that was for an upgrade option which involved new wipers. The new price came in at $150. I found a locally owned company that was three times cheaper.
