In need of a new windshield for my wife's car, and potentially my pick up truck, I called our 'go to' shop we've used throughout the years but found that they were no longer in business. Bummed out, I browsed & browsed until I found one that felt good enough with to call ~ Affordable Auto Glass. From the moment the phone was picked up it was a great experience, and reminiscent of the way that I with mine, and my grandmother, operated her 'successful' small business for decades! Cordial, professional, accommodating and just simply pleasant on all levels. And, not just "Affordable", but best price around - especially for having it 'conveniently' done in your driveway - this is a total no brainer people!!!! ~ Ms. Dolly, you are awesome!! Happy with 'every' aspect, I opted for both windshields and we scheduled them to be done. Appointment day (today)! As informed, I received messages from both Dolly and Billy confirming and informing me of ETA ~ so few take, or follow through with, those appreciative steps these days! Once Billy showed up and we started talking (Billy is very professional, personable, and just a great guy to talk with) I find out that he had actually worked for our no longer in business 'go to' windshield shop for years......talk about blessings!! Billy is AWESOME!! He did both windshields (a Ford F250 4x4 and a 4 door Ford sedan) by himself (a true working man!!) in such an orderly, neat and efficient manner....in our driveway...... in no time at all ~ what service!! And after he was done, there were zero signs of him being there, minus the new windshields of course. Once again, 'clean', productive, efficient, professional, convenient.....just AWESOME on every level! I cannot thank you guys enough for a job(s) WELL DONE!! Billy, I really wish that I could of given you a tip my friend, as you truly deserved one. I was calling around looking at reviews after construction debris on the highway left a nice crack in my windshield, by far Billy’s reviews blew everyone else out of the water so I called for a quote. Super nice off the rip, really knowledgeable and the quote I got was lower by half and even three times the amount others had quoted for the type of windshield I have (because of the all cameras and sensors). He scheduled me right away, came right to my house. He showed up exactly when he said he would, immediately got to work on the windshield and was WICKED friendly, talked with me my husband and my son the whole time. Knew exactly what he was doing and was done in under 30 minutes. Windshield looks amazing, he even dusted off my dash and gave my husband and I a brand new can of really great window cleaner! Thank you so much Billy you were awesome! I highly recommend if you’re in Rhode Island, don’t bother with anyone else. 100/10. Will call again if I ever need!

The service of this place is great, my window broke Wednesday before Thanksgiving and my window was fixed on that Friday. The price given from here was way cheaper than any other car window replacement place. Also they went above and beyond with their service. My car had a weird issue where my trunk was molded onto the back so it had glass pieces stuck behind that they were unable to get to in the mobile truck so he set up and time and date for me to bring my car over to a shop to help get out the remaining glass pieces and didn’t charge me any extra to do it. Overall amazing price and service done I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

When looking for a company to call to have my windshield replaced it was pretty obvious by the overwhelming amount of great reviews there was really only one choice. So happy I went with Affordable Auto Glass and after speaking with the owner Bill and seeing first hand how knowledgeable he was and what great work he did it became apparent how accurate all those glowing reviews really were. Huge thank you to his wife also who I spoke to originally to make the appointment. She was polite, informative and very easy to work with. Worth every star! Affordable Auto Glass is the real deal. I called on 4th of July (yup, the holiday) in complete panic and Bill actually answered the phone. My windshield had a crack over a foot long. And my daughter had a road trip planned for July 6 so I needed this fixed ASAP. Bill met me at my office on the morning of July 6 and within 30 minutes my windshield was replaced with a high quality, made in the USA, windshield. I could not be more appreciative. THANK YOU BILL. 2025 update- Just had to get another windshield after a rock hit me. Bill came thru once again! BEST PRICE AND BEST SERVICE

WE LOVE YOU BILLY! It was crunch time to get my windshield repaired in time for my car inspection renewal. I called on a Saturday and the appointment was made to arrive on Monday. They did let me know that if it was raining they’d schedule for the following day (which it did and it was). Billy drove to me which was so convenient. He was done in 30 minutes! He would’ve been done sooner if we didn’t get a quick pet/play break with my dog! So happy to know that I have a windshield replacement place in my back pocket now. Fast, easy and affordable. 10/10 recommend, thank you Billy!

I highly recommend this company! My windshield was completely smashed on the highway by a flying object, and I contacted affordable auto glass, and Dollie set me up with an appointment the very next day. Bill was very professional and neat… He installed a new windshield with rain sensor and wipers he was in and out within an hour. They installed the windshield in my driveway which was convenient. The woman I spoke with on the phone was very nice and very knowledgeable about the many different windshields I could have installed on my Jeep. She helped me pick the right one for a great price. Billy was awesome. He is super friendly, even gave my son and daughter a snack from his lunch. His experience shows too, he had the old windshield out and new one in, in under 30 minutes. All the while chatting with me and my wife about life. Highly recommend for everyone needing a new windshield. Couldn't be happier.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service was too good not to share. I needed my windshield replaced and other companies were quoting me at $800 to $900. I reached out to this company and got a quote for just $360. When I asked why there was such a big difference in price he explained that companies were trying to overcharge for a simple things and that he wouldn’t be doing that. The service was done in around 40 minutes and my new windshield looks great! Definitely recommend!
