Brian arrived on time and ready to repair the windshield for our Audi A4 SUV. However, upon inspection he recommended we replace the windshield. He explained that while the damage could be repaired, the specific condition of the damage (a double hit by the same pebble) created two impressions within the same damaged area. This made different layers and textures. He said the repair would fix the damaged area to halt any spread of the crack/more damage and the visual damage would be mitigated, not resolved. I truly appreciated his detailed explanation and honesty about the end result which would have been a less than appealing visual repair. For me, I wanted both the damage fixed and no visual indicator it had happened as they were equally important. If I ever need another repair I will not hesitate to call Brian. His only concern was my complete satisfaction and he gave me all the information to make the correct decision for me. He also gave me the name of a glass person who is also a local business owner (not a chain organization) who he has used for his and his wife's windshield replacements. Brian is a one man show and that's all you need! Road debris from the other side of the highway hit my windshield hard and he was very honest about what he could do and how it will work. Outstanding! I called Brian and explained to him that my windshield had been hit by a rock. Brian asked me many questions about where the repair mark was and what type of break was involved. At that point I scheduled an appointment and met Brian at his place of business. He inspected my windshield and explained the procedure and we agreed to do the repair. I initially had Safe Lite come to repair my windshield, however when the rep explained the cost would be almost $200 just for repair, I kindly told him not to proceed and requested a refund. The hunt was on for a new business and that’s when I found Kleer-vue. I spoke with Brian and explained what I needed and he quoted me almost half the cost of Safe Lite. Brian was great! Very honest, my dents in the windshield were much worse than I thought. He gave me the option of either he leaves and I go have the whole windshield replaced or he would fill them the best he could for the cost he had quoted me but said he couldn’t Guarantee the work. We had him do it and it came out better than we thought it would! He is super knowledgeable and straightforward. And good at what he does. You can’t ask for a better combination than that! This was one of the best services to my car I’ve ever had. Brian was super nice, friendly and explained the whole procedure for fixing the chip in the windshield. Brian was recommended to me. I called him explaining I had a small hole in my windshield. He was so nice and courteous on the phone. Brian was super friendly, professional, and thorough.
