The level of customer service I received from this establishment was extremely disappointing. I strongly recommend seeking alternative service providers for a more positive experience. The individual I spoke with demonstrated a lack of enthusiasm and professionalism, making me feel as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. Furthermore, she provided inaccurate information regarding the installation of a windshield due to the backup camera configuration in my vehicle. Despite my attempts to clarify the situation, she became defensive and berated me for my perceived attitude. It is concerning that she would make such assumptions without fully understanding the situation. As the owner and primary user of my vehicle, I am confident in my knowledge of its features and capabilities. It is regrettable that this individual chose to "ban" me from future services based on a misunderstanding and her own emotional reaction.

The technician came out to install the front passenger window on my 2023 Ford f150 and he did an amazing job. He was well spoken and professional and performed the install in a timely manner. The customer service woman from Safelite was extremely courteous and put up with my BS initially because the insurance woman from Geico messed the order up and I was heated. Once I calmed down I apologized to her we were able to proceed with the correct order. Salute was amazing but the customer representative from Geico was absolutely clueless.

I just had my windshield chip repaired by Craig from Safelight, and I couldn’t be more thrilled! His friendly demeanor and expert skill made the process a breeze. Craig explained everything clearly and worked quickly, leaving my windshield looking flawless. Not only did he fix my car, but he also brightened my day! If you need repairs, Craig is your go-to technician. Highly recommend!

The guys got here 25 minutes before the time of 1-6 pm. Which I was happy that they were. They introduced themselves, went right to work on taking cracked windshield out and installing new and with in 25 mins knocked on my door to tell me they were done, that car had to sit half an hour before being driven, and Thank You for using Safelite Glass.

My experience with actual personnel with safelite has been nothing but great. Having said that, their automated service is beyond terrible. If I could rate that alone it would 1 star or no stars. Just trying to get someone on the phone to explain my unique situation, no windshield damage, just reseal windshield was next to impossible.

The technician had to replace the windshield in my daughter’s car while she was in class at college, and we all know the enormous number of parking lots on a college campus!! He called her, got the location of the car and did the work!! He was punctual and friendly and did great work!! Thanks Dean!!

Craig came out when roads were not so great to replace my windshield. He was very polite, and got the job done in a very quick and timely manner. He let me know what he was going to do and how long it would take, and how long after I’d be able to drive my car. Excellent service. Thank you Craig!

My insurance company recommended safe lite auto glass to install my windshield. I'm so glad that they did. The technician ( Steven ) that did the installation was very knowledgeable of his work and did a very good and neat job. I am very happy with the results.

this shop is outstanding ... Stephen efficiently installed our new windshield and the customer service agent who made our appointment could not have been nicer! comfortable waiting area ... they made it as painless as possible ... Geico was useless!
