Three Rivers Auto Glass

I don't really do reviews, but I wanted to make this one to point out there are still some companies that do things right. This was at the Warrendale location. This was my second windshield replacement in one year on my brand new vehicle and the first time I went through Safelite who broke a plastic mounting bracket for my lane assistant camera and never told me only for me to find out 6 months later. I was very picky when choosing a company this time and I felt like a customer here rather than just a checkbook. My windshield was ultimately replaced without any damage to the car (unlike Safelite), the dashboard was clean of any debris (unlike Safelite) and the exterior rubber seal was aligned properly (unlike Safelite). I was surprised that I didn't wait very long either even though I also needed the camera calibrations. I value workmanship over how fast things get done, but I got both. Friendly staff and a perfect replacement. Definitely recommend them over others. Seems like they take more pride in their work.

This is one of the best businesses in Cranberry, hands down. I purchased a new windshield from Three Rivers Auto Glass in 2015. I had set a coffee cup down on the dash of our vehicle and broke the old windshield. Three Rivers Auto Glass had the best price, had the windshield in stock, and came to my house in Harmony to install the windshield. A couple months ago I noticed that a piece of trim was loose on the side of the windshield, and called Three Rivers Auto Glass to get their opinion on what would work best to glue it down. Three Rivers Auto Glass set up an appointment with my wife, drove to Evans City, fixed the trim with a whole new outer rubber seal while my wife was at work and left. I called to see what we owed them and they said nothing, it was covered under the warranty. Two years later, and they stood behind their work, no questions asked. I am now a customer for life at Three Rivers Auto Glass.

Amazing customer service. Woke up this morning to find a large crack in my windshield. Not a good way to start a Monday. Called Three Rivers Auto Glass at 7:15 AM Someone answered my call! Said he would text me the time they would be out to repair my windshield because he was not a work yet. Received a text at 8 AM with the time they would be there. Said between 1 and 2. At 5 minutes after 1 they called my office they were in the parking lot. Had my windshield with them. Before I could finish writing the check they had started working on my vehicle. Told me no need to wait unless I wanted to, I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time. They have customer service down to a science. They were amazing. I can't thank them enough. Prompt Polite Efficient Reasonable. I can't imagine using anyone else for a windshield repair Thank you again for turning a bad day into a good one.

My front passenger window was broken/my purse was taken this morning. As you can imagine, there were lots of things I needed to do today to replace items in my wallet, stop fraud, etc. I called another window replacement company first. They took a few hours to return my call and could not do the job today. I then called Three Rivers Auto Glass and they made arrangements to take care of me 1-2 hours after I called! It required getting the product from somewhere else too. They were able to replace the window in less than 1 hour AND this included taking the time to sweep out the broken glass which was everywhere in the car. They gave me a quiet comfortable room to wait in as well. In addition to going above and beyond to take care of me in a timely fashion, gentleman that took care of me was kind and professional. I highly recommend Three Rivers Glass!!

Three Rivers auto glass is hands-down the best glass replacement service you will find. Their customer service accessibility and pricing are unmatched. They’re always timely, friendly and willing to meet you wherever is convenient. They do the job well and on time. Their communication is impeccable always giving you a heads up when they’re gonna arrive and returning calls or text. They even provide coupons off your insurance deductible, which beats pricing anywhere else. Don’t spend much time looking or driving for a glass shop to replace your car windows, because you will not be what three rivers auto glass can do for you. Will definitely return to this place anytime I need certain things done on my car. My rear window shattered while I was driving a couple weeks ago and they got me in very quickly with the best price around. You will not find cheaper prices, at least $300 cheaper than anywhere else. My power hatch ended up giving me problems after I got the window replaced and the hatch stopped opening. My mechanic, Daniel, made sure it was corrected without hesitation, worked me into his schedule multiple times, And even comped off the cost of getting the issue diagnosed at the dealership. not to mention he fixed said issue for about $500 cheaper than what they were quoting me. exceptional customer service and cannot recommend enough!

I needed my windshield replaced and I chose these guys based on their reviews. They came within the time frame that I had chosen and immediately went to work. Matt was courteous and professional. Dan came to calibrate my front lane sensing camera. Both helped one another and got the job done quickly. They cleaned the new windshield real good prior to install and wiped down my dusty dashboard real nice. Two things that I wasn’t too happy about were 1) wrong brand of windshield was brought to site to install when I specified for OEM Mopar part 2) inspection stickers were peeled terribly. Their work ethics and results supersedes those two issues so all and all, excellent experience and will recommend.

I've been using Three Rivers for years now. I run a shop with a local fleet of tractor trailers. They are on time, flexible with schedules, and most importantly, the do the job right. I stopped using Safelite after having constant windshield leak issues, scheduling issues and multiple return calls to fix leaks. Three rivers gets it right on the first time, everytime. They are very competitively priced as well, and also take care of my company cars, and most of my employees use them as well. Most reviews cover 1 window install. I get dozens done. trucks, cars, loaders, Anything with a window. Years of good service. No reason to go elsewhere.

Three Rivers Auto Glass repaired/replaced both my mom & BF's windshields in the past and they had a great experience with them, so when an unidentified object flew out of nowhere and left a huge crack in my windshield (that quickly began spreading) as I was driving home through a construction zone on I-79, I immediately called Three Rivers Auto Glass and they sent Frank out two days later to replace it--he was courteous & knowledgeable with 35 years of experience, and arrived early and had the job done in about 30 mins, so I would absolutely recommend them any day over some of their big name competitors!

My rear glass (back) was broken badly while backing up and hitting Mailbox :(. So I called many companies around, they beat all the other quotes by big margin - (Safelite is 2x), they also accepted online coupon. The service guy came at scheduled time at my home (NO extra travelling charges - Same price as the shop) was courteous and polite. He spent 80% of time carefully cleaning pieces of broken glass from my Trunk, frame and wherever he can find. He was out in an hour. The glass looks OEM quality it appears he did good job. I would strongly recommend this company as they know what they are doing.
