Bill was fantastic to work with - I had gotten the run-around from 3 or 4 dealerships and them having me call their glass guy and everyone made a big production over how payment would be handled from insurance, saying I should pay up front and submit the receipts to be reimbursed later by insurance... I finally call Bill and he very calmly told me yea I deal with State Farm all the time I'm not sure why you were getting a big run around about it with other guys - he ordered original manufacturer's glass, was very transparent with the timeframe for the glass to deliver, once it arrived I was scheduled for installation within 2 days, car was dropped off in the morning and finished by 2pm just as promised, with all sensors recalibrated in-house. paid my $500 deductible and not a cent more. most painless process anyone could have asked for, 10/10 stars hope I never have to replace broken glass again but I wouldn't take my car anywhere else next time.

I called the shop this Saturday morning at 8:15 and set an appointment with Bill to bring my BMW X6 in for a windshield chip repair at 9:30am. I showed up on time, the tech immediately pulled my car in and I was on my way home quickly. The repair was less expensive than I expected, the quality of the work was great and the customer service is top notch. I could not possibly think of a way that they could have improved my experience. Also, the waiting room is much nicer than you'd expect. Super clean, organized and relaxing. I was more than happy with the service I got! They were so nice! I called on a Monday, dropped my car off at 8am that same week and by 1030 They were calling to let me know it was ready!! They had cleaned my whole dash, radio, buttons, everything! They put all my stickers back on (even my oil change reminder). I personally also like business swag and they had that covered too! If you need a window, fair price, and a nice honest family business.. This is the place to go!! I took my Kona this week for a windshield replacement since a rock cracked mine. Out of 8 places I called York was the lowest estimate for the replacement and recalibration. Everybody I spoke to was extremely nice and professional, seemed like they knew what was going on, and were genuinely helpful. They communicated well when pickup was delayed because of a vendor issue, helped me get the lowest price possible which is evident on my receipt, and provided convenient and efficient processes for pickup and drop off outside of their business hours. So glad we found this place on our way out to dinner. We got two windshields done and they beat the price of everyone else we've ever used. Mary in the office is so sweet and got the appointments all lined up perfectly. We will definitely use them again in the future. **Just wanted to edit my review they were able to squeeze four of our company trucks in, in last week. I can't say enough about their pricing, how professional they are and how quickly they got all four trucks done so we can get them back on the road. Definitely the place to go if you need a quick turnaround and great pricing !!

The first windshield had a wind noise and they took it out and replaced it, the second windshield has a lot of feedback noise and after bringing it in several times they left the car sit and didn't even move it and when I came back said they couldn't replicate the problem. It's going to the dealership now for a professional review who says most likely it is the high density foam. Lastly, the owner smokes in the waiting room so if you have to sit there for hours it's horrendous. This has been 9 months since the first windshield installation and an absolute nightmare.

I had scheduled an appointment for them to put in a windshield. The first appointment was cancelled due to them getting behind on work. They apparently arrived for the second appointment, but I missed the call. They never left me a message when they arrived at my house, so I had no way of knowing who had called. I finally had called back, and was told a gasket needed to be ordered which is something I had mentioned at least two times prior. I had scheduled the appointment in such a way that the gasket would've arrived, but I found out one was never ordered.

Went here and experience was amazing until I walked out and looked at my car. They broke the cowl that goes by my wipers. I was told that it was just crumbling as they touched it from drying out in the sun. I've had multiple people walk up to said cowl and literally bang on it and the piece does NOT even weaken. They tried to fix it by glueing piece that broke off to the frame of the car not even to the piece it broke off of. They gave me a $7.00 discount for a piece THEY broke that's worth at least $50 if I can find one that's good.

Had my window broken into overnight and they were able to get me going with a new window that morning! However a manufacturer defect in the window itself (not the installation) caused some issues. They were more than happy to replace the defective window expeditiously and replace the window seal that was damaged at no cost to me. Quick and painless process. They also paid to have my window retinted! I cannot recommend York Auto Glass more! If I could give them more stars I would! Great prices and excellent service!

Mary at the front desk is absolutely amazing! So kind and helpful! Had a wonderful experience here getting my windshield repaired. Very affordable prices and incredible customer service and quality assurance. The gentleman who repaired my windshield was so helpful and quick!
