Auto Glass Now

My experience was great! They answered the phone quickly and called you back when they said they would. The workers there were very, very friendly. The technicians got the job done quickly and neatly. I never even noticed a difference when I got back in my car. They even put back all the inspection stickers and everything that I originally had on my windshield. I highly recommend them. They had coffee in the waiting room while I waited. The waiting area was a bit quiet though, but I guess that doesn’t matter because most people are on their phones anyway. I most definitely give them five stars!!!

Arrived at date and time I was scheduled to (they had days in advance to know when I would be there). They waited until after I left (car was left on location) that they did not have the right glass and I could come back with my car the next day or leave it over night. I took off hours at work for BOTH days, missing out on pay. Then, I get my windshield replaced and there’s dirt all over the inside and outside of my vehicle, the day after I vacuumed and washed the entire car. Kay at the front desk was the only positive part of my experience. Not coming back.

I called auto glass now the lady there was very nice and polite helpful so I scheduled an appointment for the mobile unit.The technician name was Conner he called me and said that he would be there in an hour. He was on time.It was my first time having to have a windshield replaced so I asked him a few questions.He had all the answers. I requested an online quote. Customer service called me on a Sunday night. Surprised me . She quoted me over $100 less than Safelite did What’s the lifetime warranty as long as I have the car. I schedule my Appointment. I got there 30 minutes early. They took me right then. They got me in and out within the hour. They did a good job, very professional, polite, and informed me of a couple of things on my car windshield that was improperly done another time was replaced. I highly recommend this place.

Not sure what happened but after my windshield was replaced my jeep wouldn’t start. Was told it was a faulty key fob( spare key) and to do with anti theft stsywmThe guy came back from Pennsylvania the next day and got it started. But since then something is t right- my flashers come in and off. When I messaged the guy he says he would check with his manager and see if they could figure it out but never heard back. Now I’m going to have to have it looked at by dealership.

I called after my car got broken into and Chris was extremely pleasant. Within 2 minutes he found the part for my car and told me come in and he will have it done overnight while other shops told me 2-3 days. I dropped my car off and they were even nice to drop me off back home. Woke up and my car was finished by 8AM ! I called the previous day and the following day the technician arrived at my job so I wouldn’t have to take a day off. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It took a few minutes to fix the minor crack in my workplace parking garage. I can’t the fast response time and the professionalism beyond what I’ve expected. If you have an issue with your windshield, make sure to give them a call! Thank you again for the top notch service!!!

We had a cracked windshield covered by our auto insurance. Less than 24 hours after filing a claim, Auto Glass Now called to schedule an appointment. Best of all, they came to our house for the repair! They had an opening within 2 days, were prompt and completed the replacement ahead of schedule. Colin was the technician. He was friendly and accommodating. And, there is a lifetime warranty against leaks. Great service!

Extremely attentive to all customers. Great price match. Goes the extra mile for the customers. I was a walk in. They didn't have the glass for my window. The manager Chris drove 1⅕ hours to get me the glass I needed to repair my window. I'm beyond impressed with how I was treated here at Auto glass now.. So I say thanks once again...🫡 I was more than impressed with the customer service..
