Made an online appointment on Sunday 10/20/24 for Monday 10/21 at 1pm. Was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know and had to leave a message. Got There at 110pm to be told that they didn’t have my part in and I could Be rescheduled for 10/22 at 130. Tuesday morning at 8 am I received a call from The owner stating that I had an appointment today for 130. But they didn’t have the year, make , and model of my car. I provided the info and Stated to The owner the inconvenience of having to drive out the day before. And ask if There was anyway I could Be compensated. He stated absolutely not, he is the owner and didn’t receive a Call from me yesterday. Then stated that he didn’t charge my card Yet, and that I could go elsewhere to have the repair done and have a nice Day. Hung up on me. Was rude and Very unprofessional. Not Good Business at all. So about an hour after that conversation I received a call Back From The owner apologizing because I did call Completely unprofessional. Rude, I wouldn’t recommend!!

I first noticed my windshield had cracked while on my way to work. I called Xtreme Autoglass Repair in an anxious mess, and they talked me down, explained that the windshield wouldn't just explode and fall onto me immediately. I set up an appointment for the weekend due to my busy work schedule conflicting with their business hours. When making the appointment, I had to put down a deposit. They sent me a link with a little description of what needed done with my appointment information and I reserved that time slot. The day before my appointment, they called to tell me I needed to come in earlier due to my car needing more hands than had been on schedule for the original time. I agreed to move it up and they sent me a phone reminder. The day of, I arrived early due to my anxiety, I got there and they were very polite, professional, and friendly. They took my car and replaced the windshield. I was in and out within 50 minutes. I would highly recommend.

This place is a rip-off. They provide the services and then after they have provided the services, They charge you a credit card feeof 4% which they do not tell you up front prior to the purchase. I would not use this company. When I talked to the guy about it , he told me that was my personal opinion which was unimportant. In addition , she was given a bill that is not itemized , which means she doesn't know what she paid for. Clearly, Casey, who wrote a response. Is someone you do not want to do business with. Casey has no business ethics. He is a scam artist. Do not do business with these people. We all know Why you want cash? I'm sure the IRS would be very interested in your business practices.

After my car window was smashed in by someone while it was parked overnight, Xtreme Autoglass Pros helped turn a terrible situation into something positive. I called them as soon as I found the smashed window, and they made time for me as early as the following morning. Casey even came to me rather than having me drive my damaged car to them, and fixed my window in under a half hour right in front of my house. The convenience of their service is honestly priceless when you have to deal with a stressful situation like that. My car looks good as new now, and he even vacuumed the shattered glass pieces inside the car. 10/10, would recommend to anyone who needs their glass fixed.

Casey (owner) was incredible! Our windshield broke in the middle of a multi-day drive through OH and PA. He was immediately responsive on the phone and went out of his way to accommodate us on short notice. The job was reasonably priced and was done in the nick of time, even after additional delays that were out of Xtreme's control. Office space was clean and offered snacks and Wi-Fi while we waited (which wasn't even long, thanks to Casey!). Would absolutely recommend, especially to anyone in a pinch. Xtreme Autoglass Pros did exceptional work on our vehicle. They were very knowledgeable and explained the entire process. From the booking of the job to the completion of the work was flawless. They were on time and even came to my location to complete the work. There was no charge for the mobile service and they gave me a lifetime warranty. I wish I could give more than 5 stars Xtreme Autoglass Pros exceeded my expectations thanks Casey. If I had known it was this easy I wouldn't have waited so long to call.

Casey did a very good job. He initially showed up in the morning with the wrong windshield (not his fault. Kia decided to change the body style half way through the model year so he had a 50/50 shot) and kept in touch with me all day to reschedule. He stopped back in the afternoon and replaced the window. Installation looks great! Also, you can't beat the lifetime warranty! I'm always happy to support a small business because my mother and fiance are both small business owners, just as Casey is.

I unfortunately got a broken rear vent window, and I'm so glad I went with Casey at Xtreme Auto Glass Pros to get the repair. My dad is a small business owner and so I know the challenges and skill sets involved in doing great work with attentiveness to treating clients with respect and sincerity. Casey definitely demonstrated integrity and professionalism, plus had the best turnaround time to offer out of anyone I called! I highly recommend him for auto glass work!

I own a driving school in Pittsburgh and I have a fleet of cars.When I have a windshield that is cracked or broken, I have to have it repaired fast, If it is not repaired I can't have my vehicle on the road working. I have had several windshields repairs done by Xtreme autoglass. They will get the job done fast, always within 24 hours. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

I have a Land Rover with damaged windshield. Casie was available even on Sunday with exceptional positive prompt customer service, professionalism and reassurance that he would directly contact the insurance company for me with details for payment. Monday morning he contacted me informing me it was covered at 100% for factory grade windshield. He is set to install my new windshield tomorrow and I'm confident it will be handled competently.
