I never write reviews but my experience here sucked. Not professional and terrible level of integrity in their work. I brought my vehicle in to get the driver's door window fixed. The mechanism that raises and lowers the window went bad. They said $100 to diagnose the issue and they only use OEM parts. I dropped off my vehicle Thursday morning. They called a few hours later and told me the issue but said they couldn't get the parts until Monday. I couldn't wait because I had to drive out of state Sunday morning. I go to pick up the vehicle. I paid the $100 and drove away. I noticed some things weren't right. I pulled into a parking lot and looked at the door panel. The bezel around the door handle/lever was loose. On closer inspection I see that they broke 2 of the 4 tabs that hold it on place. Also notice the large handle in the middle of the door seemed loose. The door panel was not hung correctly at the top and was loose, two clips weren't inserted all the way. I turned around, went back and told the lady at the front desk the issue. One guy comes out and looks at it. Then he gets another guy to come and look at it. He didn't give me a hassle and agreed to order a new bezel for the door lever. He acted as though it was no big deal and barely offered an apology. I ended up Youtube'ing the repair. Found the part in town for a third of what they were going to charge me. When I went to do the job I see that the reason why the large center handle was loose was because they never put the bolt back in. My wife and I did the job ourselves in 35 minutes with a YouTube video for a 1/4 of what they would've charged us overall. The biggest issue I have here is that... If they take your vehicle apart, PUT IT BACK TOGETHER THE WAY YOU FOUND IT!!!! Regardless of whether or not they're gonna be able to do the job or not. Don't waste your time here.ServicesAuto power window repair

Here’s a draft for your review: Review of Ryan's Glass: Dishonest Practices and Poor Quality I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Ryan's Glass. After having my vehicle’s rear window replaced, I noticed significant flaws in the glass, including visible distortions that impaired visibility. When I raised the issue, I was informed that this was "normal" for their product and that if I wanted a flawless rearview window, I would need to pay extra. This practice is both dishonest and unethical. Customers should not have to pay a premium to receive a product that meets basic quality standards. Furthermore, the lack of transparency in their pricing and quality assurance feels exploitative. I cannot recommend Ryan's Glass to anyone looking for reliable service and quality products. If you value honesty and workmanship, look elsewhere.

I got my windshield replaced back in February. All was fine, the rear view mirror came off a few times but I got it to stay. Last week I went to warm up my car to drive to work, when I went out after getting ready I had a crack in my windshield again. Took it down Saturday for them to look at and they said there was an impact and I needed to pay to get it fixed. I got a second opinion today after work. The second opinion said they don't see any impact and it looks like a "long crack" and that it should have been replaced under warranty. So I definitely think they were just trying to work me for more money. The one kid even suggested not to call my insurance company to report it and try to lower my deductible before they submit the claim so I'd less money out of pocket. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

My experience at Ryan’s auto glass was terrible. I had my windshield replaced, less than two months later my windshield cracked again Not to mention my windshield wasn’t put back in properly, So I went back to them to have my windshield replaced again which should’ve been free however they tried to charge me the same amount all over again even though the crack was due to faulty work. When I tried to ask why would it crack so easily and I only had it for less than two months the salesman said I don’t know and walked back inside and could’ve cared less all he cared about was trying to get more money out of me. The absolutely worst place to go to get your glass done and they do not care.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

I recently had a smashed rear driver’s side window and needed to get it replaced fairly quickly. I called Ryan’s Auto Glass in Sharpsburg, and they were able to fit me in the next morning. When I arrived at the shop, I was greeted promptly and kindly by the woman at the front of the shop. The crew at Ryan’s replaced my window in under an hour and left the back of the car looking spotless after cleaning up the shattered glass. My window looks as good as new, and I sincerely appreciate the courtesy and exemplary work of the staff at Ryan’s Auto Glass. Will definitely come back here if I am in need of future auto glass repairs/replacements.ServicesAuto side window replacement

wow!!! These guys are on top of their game. Family owned. From talking to the receptionist to the owner to the installer, genuinely great people. They worked with my insurance company to keep my out of pocket as low as possible. Came TO my house and made things ridiculously easy. I’ve dealt with the “safe” company...on hold for an hour and never talk to the same person but I’m not going to get into that other than I won’t be ripped off again. I’m keeping my money local. Jeff and his team have this down. They have been around forever so obviously they are doing something right! Thank you Ryan’s. You guys rock!!!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I went into Ryan's auto glass with a sideview mirror that I had hit while going in reverse. The accident not only shattered my drivers side mirror but also broke the sidemirrrors "casing" and caused it to be all loose and wiggle. I was going to have somebody glue the casing in place but then it wouldn't turn in for parking on busy streets. The technician not only got my mirror fixed in 15 minutes but he also fixed the casing! I was pleasantly surprised by this and would recommend them to any friend! The price was 1/6 of replacing the whole thing which is what I though I'd have to do. 5 stars!

I was a loyal customer until the over charged with a gross ego. It's not even that they do bad work. It was the time in the waiting room that I had to spend listening to the owner's son talk about how he hooks up his friends with free glass repair while I am struggling to get my vehicle safe to drive. Like you're quoting me a cost for a 2023 vehicle when I'm driving a 2006 and everything online says it should have been $100 cheaper....so there's also that. ...but the audacity of that kid and his ego was so sickening I never intend to go back.ServicesInstallation, Auto windshield repair

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We had the back window break in one of work trucks that had ladder racks & tool boxes on it. We got turned away by two other companies saying they could not replace the window with our work equipment on the truck. Ryan’s Auto got us in the same day we called & finished the job in 2 & 1/2 hours. It was a quick & easy process thanks to Jeff & Mitch. I highly recommend Ryans Auto in Sharpsburg!PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto rear window replacement

Back windshield shattered and I called the Penn Hills location, very close to closing. Mitch was excellent, not I. The least irritated by my last minute call. Walked me through what info was needed, and told me he would call first thing next day, and more than likely would have my replacement windshield in my car by mid afternoon. All went as he stated. The gentleman that arrived was Jamie - very kind, courteous, and efficient. Thank you for making this experience so simple. Great service all around.
