Jeff's Auto Glass is great for me because they are partnered with State Farm. I have the $100 deductible windshield policy through SF. I was able fill out an online form on the SF website, pick Jeff's as my service shop, and then Jeff's called me to schedule an appointment. That part is absolutely fantastic in my opinion. The people and process are terrific. I have had 2 windshields replaced at Jeff's. Same car, once a few years back, the other time was last week. The first time was perfect, no complaints. This most recent time was a bit different. My inspection stickers were removed from the old windshield (obviously), but then not reapplied. Instead, I noticed they were rolled up in my cupholder when I got home. When I tried to stick them back on myself, they wouldn't stay. I'm not sure what happened, but 2 things, 1, I know this if not the norm - sticker reapplication is standard 2, I was not told that there was any issues with the replacement process. I expected everything to be good to go. Not a huge deal, but now I have to go to my inspection shop and pay for another set of stickers. Kind of of annoying. The second issue took me a few more days to notice and was more difficult to correct. I tried to use my windshield wiper fluid and the pressure was super low. I'll spare you the troubleshooting, but I am very confident that during the reassembly process, the fluid hose was improperly placed in a position that caused it to get pinched. And it wasn't just in a bad spot, the hose was re-routed incorrectly, so that made fixing it more time-consuming. I ended up make-shifting a workaround, but couldn't make it perfect without tearing into the trim more than I would have liked. Great process, good people, one flawless experience, and one experience that caused me some decent headaches and extra time than necessary.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Jeff's Auto Glass is the best! I have a 2015 Subaru Legacy and took a stone to the windshield shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Brittany stopped by to look at my windshield and indicated it would need to be replaced. She provided a coupon that helped offset my deductible. We scheduled an appointment for the tech to come to my home to replace the windshield. The day prior to the scheduled installation Liz called to confirm my appointment and was very pleasant. Ed, the tech called the morning of the appointment to let me know when he would arrive. He was on time and did a great job in replacing my windshield. I wished all service companies operated in this manner. If you have a windshield that needs replaced, call Jeff's Auto Glass and ask for Brittany - you'll be happy with the result.

Getting the windshield on my Maserati granturismo replaced , booked a week in advance the day before my appointment they call to tell me it’s more than I was quoted by $100 . Not sure if they just expect people with “higher end” cars to pay any amount but I find it ridiculous . Not only am I paying $450 to have a windshield installed that I’m providing they can’t even give me a time for install so I’m suppose to leave my vehicle 8am -5pm for a job that takes 1-2 hours. I live almost 2 hours from the dealership there replacing it at so between my drive and a follower there & back twice on one car and once on the other it’s 400 miles, I wasn’t entirely upset enough to even leave a review just because of the time and mileage concern but up charging me right before is wrong in my opinion.

Windshield was replaced on a car with 2000 miles on it. When I picked up the car I saw they had damaged the intercooler fins under the hood and the plastic cowl at the bottom of the windshield. They did pay to replace the intercooler, but I paid out of pocket the replace the cowl since I had to argue to have the more expensive part replaced. The new windshield also has hairline scratches on the inside of the windshield which I didn't notice till a couple weeks after the fact since you can only see them while driving towards the sun. They did fix the one problem for me, but I would not use again after receiving a car that was dirty on the inside and obviously worked on car back after dropping off a brand new one.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

We had a water pooling on the floor of the front passenger compartment of our 2012 Equinox. The Chevy dealer indicated that it was a windshield leak. I made an appointment at Jeff's to have them locate the leak and possibly replace the windshield. They forced water into the sunroof drains and showed me that one of them was draining water into the passenger compartment. It was not a windshield leak. Unbelievably, they DID NOT charge me for making this determination. Wow!! What great customer service. I took the car back to the Chevy dealer later that same day and it was indeed the sunroof drain. It was disconnected so leaking into the vehicle. I would highly recommend Jeff's.

10 stars out of 5! My windshield cracked in Georgia. On my way North, I called cousin Ed for a recommendation for when I got to Pittsburgh PA. Jeff's auto glass relayed the call with my insurance company for me, and we did all of the preliminary information right over the phone, and made the appointment. Tim from Jeff's Auto Glass, knows his stuff and did a fast professional job, right in the driveway for my convenience. He also noticed a potential problem with my wiper blades so I will get that fixed. Tomorrow, early, I am off to New England feeling safer. Of course I gave him a tip! Good work! Thank you, Tim!

Stopped into Jeff's to see about getting my car windshield replaced, spoke to Tim and I was really impressed with his honesty. He told me the crack in the windshield was a stress crack and explained it might be possible to get it fixed through my cars warranty. Turning away business to save a stranger some cash shows true integrity that you just can't find anymore. After speaking with my dealership it turns out while the damage would normally be covered I just fell outside the 1 year warranty. So here I am back at Jeff's where Tim has not only earned my business, but my trust.

I was very impressed with Jeff’s auto glass. From the time I called to schedule an appointment to the time my car was done, it was an excellent experience! The receptionist that made my appointment was very knowledgeable and courteous. When I arrived the inside was very clean and they took my car back immediately. I waited for my windshield to be installed. It was quick and they did a fantastic job! Thank you to everyone at Jeff’s that made my experience easy. I would definitely come back if I had another issue with my cars glass!

1971 Chevelle, It was the first car I bought, just cant part ways with it, and it was very reassuring that they sent some one who has experience with older car window installs, He even let me help with the install which is every car guys ideal, to work on their own car , even when its something they dont know how to do. I will definitely be using these people for my 84 Blazer that Im redoing. I called on a Monday morning and it was installed the next day... great service, great price, thank you

While running errands a truck kicked back a rock that left a spider web crack in my windshield, I called to see if they can repair and was told to come by. They grabbed my keys and in 30 minutes, my car was done, and the repair saved my windshield from havingto be replaced. They have also replaced windshields in my previous cars with no hassle. Great team, I highly recommend Jeff's Auto Glass.PositivePunctuality, Quality, Professionalism, ValueServicesAuto windshield repair
