Great customer service! The first company I tried to schedule with didn't have availability to come to my house for over 2 weeks to have my cracked windshield fixed. I was also told it would take 1 to 3 hours if I was willing to take my car to one of their locations. That would've been very inconvenient. TRUE BLUE saved the day and fixed it the day after I called them! Jon was quick to respond via text and phone. The other company didn't even have a phone number listed on their website! Jon was very easy to talk to and very flexible with my schedule. Even got a heads up when they were on their way to my house. When Jay got here, he texted to say he was here. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable. All of it took under 15 minutes. Amazing!! I would recommend these guys to anyone and will never call that other company again. Jay was also kind enough to wait for me to get online and file a claim with my insurance company because I forgot to do that part. Great great experience!
