Excellent service! Very knowledgeable and professional I felt like I was in good hands 30 seconds into the initial phone call to fix my back windshield. The owner is very kind and personable I felt like I was talking to a friend he actually came out and replaced my daughters windshield and answered all my questions stayed in contact with me from beginning to end he treated This windshield repair as if he were doing it for a family member or a good friend he makes you feel important he made sure that every single piece of glass was cleaned up out of my daughters car to make sure that my granddaughter didn’t accidentally get cut on a piece of glass The detail that he puts into his work is outstanding I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who needs a window repair it’s good to know that there are really nice good caring people Who provide not just a service but an experience to remember as you can see I am very very very pleased I will pass my experience on to anyone who I know need your service ... I do not recommend going to this place at all. Such a waste of time and bad communications all around. I called ahead to get a quote for a sunroof replacement and was told they could get it done the day of. Came to the shop, and the older gentleman told me they did not have the sunroof replacement so he needed to order it from the dealership which takes about 3 days. I put down the deposit and was promised a call when it came in. 3 days later, this shop did not give me a call. So I called them for an update and was not given a clear update. The older gentleman kept telling me "I'll call you back when it comes in" and hung up right away without any clarifications. I know shipping could get delayed sometimes - so I gave them 2 more days and they still didn’t give me an update or call. I then went to the shop to see what was going on and the older gentleman said they still hadn’t ordered the parts yet and refunded my deposit. If only they would’ve been honest in the first place, I wouldn’t have had to wait a week for them and would’ve gone somewhere else. Such a waste of time and bad communication overall.

If you live in the area, this is where you want to get your auto glass replaced!! Very friendly, welcoming and happy people to deal with. Unbeatable prices. They make you want to come back honestly. I had my windshield on my 2007 Dodge Dakota replaced. They told me to bring it down that morning and I got it back the same day later that night. They communicated with me by text/calls with updates and photos throughout the whole process, AND finalized it all with a quick cleaning of my truck! Complimentary air fresher too (Which smelled great BTW)!!!!! I recommended my father to go here and get his rear window in a 2003 Dodge RAM truck replaced and he was THRILLED with his results. He is so happy to finally have his truck back again!! TRIP7 is awesome. I found you guys from just a simple google search and loved what I read in the reviews. I strongly discourage anyone from using this company! I encountered outrageous dishonesty and unprofessionalism. The so-called “owner” of the company, who personally installed my windshield, knowingly installed a DEFECTIVE one! He was fully aware of the defect but went ahead with it anyway. When I reached out with a complaint, his behavior was beyond unacceptable. He responded to messages rudely and aggressively, refusing to even discuss a refund. This is pure lawlessness! I am currently preparing a lawsuit to seek justice. If anyone else has suffered because of this person or their company, please reach out to me! Together, we can hold them accountable and protect others from this fraudster.

THESE GUYS!!! The absolute best! I had a HUGE piece of ice hit my windshield coming down the 76 turnpike on my tractor trailer and take out the whole windshield. We had to go to a jobsite a few miles up the road. I called Tony and he was immediately on getting me a replacement for this truck, and he came to the jobsite AFTER hours at like 8pm on Valentines Day to make sure I had a new glass in my truck!!! He was TOP NOTCH and extremely professional! The best there is for sure! We are extremely grateful as we are on the road daily all over the country! If you are in his area, don’t bother calling anyone else expect Trip7! They are THE BEST! Thank you guys!!!

I had a scratched up back glass that I needed to get replaced on my RAV4 and Tony was able to give me a free quote by phone Sunday morning and came to my house on Monday to replace it as soon as the part came in. Super easy process and it only took 30 minutes for him to replace the entire thing and be on his way. For the price, this business cannot be beaten. He's super easy to get in contact with by text or by phone and very professional. One of my car windows got busted out on a Sunday, and they were the only business that answered my call (even though I called other places that claimed they were open but I couldn’t get through to anyone). They were so much cheaper than Safelite and other places I called! They got my window done quickly and efficiently, and they did a great job!! They’re a super nice family running the business, and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs it! On a Saturday night, this place came in clutch, the people are friendly and helpful. Plus they got the tools to replace your window if you have an extra one or they can order you one. The prices are affordable & reasonable too plus they are open on Sundays at almost anytime and you can always call them ahead of time too so they can wait for you too. Overall 5/5 and if I could give above 5 stars then I would. I will recommend this place to family & friends and also anyone if they are in an emergency to replace their windows too 5/5 *****

Anthony and Anastasia are amazing. I called to book my appointment and when I couldn’t make my time due to an emergency they still worked with me and managed to get me in the next day. They were both accommodating and professional with their work. Anthony was very quick I talking my windshield and made the job look effortless. I would come again in the future if need be but I definitely recommend their services. This place is great! I had my front windshield replaced. They gave me the best price out of multiple other places that I contacted prior to them. The woman that picked up the phone was very nice and professional and set me up for an appointment at my convenience the very next day. The gentleman that replaced it for me was also nice, friendly and professional. They were on time with my appointment and it didn't take long at all to replace. I'm very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend this place to anyone.
