I took a stone to my windshield this morning on the commute, did some research for an auto glass repair shop near my home and contacted a place with good reviews. Talking with the owner, they no longer did repairs, only replacements, but he literally stopped and said, I'll text you a number when we hang up, this is the guy you should call. He sent me Mark's cell number, and after a responsive call and later texts, he was at my house by 5pm that day, and had the quarter sized spider/ship fixed to near unnoticeable condition. During the repair, it was a pleasure to speak with him, learning he was a fellow-veteran, and overall just very personable and professional. Mark came out to pick up the front windshield and back window on my 1964 Corvette. This Corvette had been sitting for 35 years and I am doing a frame off restoration. I wanted to use as much original equipment as possible and asked Mark to see if he could get these item to look as close to new as possible since I repainted the car. Strange story: I called Mark two years ago for a quote to fix a windshield chip, but went with another vendor. Fast forward to present day, where I unknowingly botched my contacts and called Mark for follow up as the chip reappeared. Not only did Mark treat me courteously, despite calling him by the wrong name and wrong company, he went above and beyond and repaired the chip, explaining all the steps along the way. I regret not going with them in the first place - don't do the same as I did!

My headlight was yellow and disfigured and the replacement cost was around $2000. To my good fortune, it did not need to be replaced because of SuperGlass. Mark arrived at my home punctually on 2 days to sand and restore it for $75. Companies like this are unheard of. Mark's knowledge and expertise as well as his reaching for perfection were impressive.
