So my sister inadvertently locked my 5lb little chihuahua in my car on a 93° day and the cops wouldnt come said call locksmith the locksmith who was supposedly disapatched hadn’t even called me to coordinate so we had to break my Audis rear passenger window to get to my baby out …I’m giving the backstory becauseeeee as one can imagine I was super frazzled and when I called State Auto Glass Christa (I hope I spelled it right) answered and she IMMEDIATELY was soooo helpful and kind (bc trust me I was da soo ooo upset not bc of window but bc my little guy was so hot and panting 😮‍💨 when we got him out) so Christa immediately asked if my dog was ok and then said she absolutely get me the glass and APOLOGIZED bc the glass couldn’t be there same day BUTTTTT could be done immediately next morning NOW HERES THE EVEN MORE AWESOME PART ABOUT THIS PLACE ..:in my frazzled state I gave her the wrong model if my car…yup so the window that was as ordered FOR THE BEST PRICE BY FAR AFTER 5 calls to other places was too large 🤦🏻‍♀️TOTALLY MY FAULT buttttt CHRISTA immediately found another literally the only one available in my model for the same great price and it was delivered AND INSTALLED with an entire afternoon left!!! The gentleman who installed the window did an amazing job, my car was so clean , not a spot or any evidence of work done on it and when it was done they gave me my keys and my car was already running with the AC on for me and ready to go!!!! I will NEVER go elsewhere for any glass repairs (hopefully I don’t need that particular service ) but they also do upholstery!!! So long story (I know ..sorry) short , STATE ROAD GLASS and UPHOLSTERY is THE BEST !!!! THEIR PRICES ARE UNBEATABLE , THEIR STAFF IS AMAZING (extra stars for Christa for putting up with not just me but seriously I watched a pro running that front office !!!!) AND extra stars for the guys in the garage and my installer specifically (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name)!!!! Trust me … THIS PLACE IS IT!!!! Side note … turn into lot from State Rd and pass the Dunkin Donuts it’s behind that …

First off we went there to due to the convertible top leaking. We were not given different options as to what could be causing it so we wanted a new top. Was told that the car would be finished on that Friday so we rearranged our work schedules to be off that Friday. Well the car was not finished on time. I had to Lyft there on Saturday after changing my work schedule again to pick up the car. Then 2 weeks later after hard rain I notice a puddle of water inside the car. Take it back, drop the car off, got a call saying the problem was not the new top but a clogged drain, it has been fixed without asking me, and I owe $95. If we would have been told from the beginning that the leak could be from a clogged drain we would not have put hundreds of dollars into a new top. Also how do you complete work on a car without asking if I want the work done? What if I did not just have $95 laying around. When the manage was questioned he just said "you just wanted top so that is what I did. You did not ask about drain." Maybe you should have given all the options before selling a brand new top.

Thank you to this place for getting the job done for me! I had a problem with my seat middle row seat not lifting up and I took it to another place and they didn’t even work on it and just left collecting dust and every time I called they said they were working on it. But then I took it to State Auto Glass and they finished the job in three days. I was just hoping to have my seat pit back in a sitting position but they went above and beyond and completely fixed the latch to work! Thank you to Krystai (i hope i spelled your name right) for your professionalism and understanding of my problem. Also your honesty, I accidentally overpaid and she made sure to give me my money back, so thank you! Definitely take your business to this place!

Services are horrible. Brought them a headliner to receive it back with headliner cracked. Brought it back to get repaired also brought visors for them to color match. They don't ever call when their service is done. I went to pick up all 3 items to find out, they lost the visors. Last visit there, I picked up all 3 items (headliner and visors) after they found the visors. To also notice they never even color matched the visors to headliner. Worst experience with any company. Work quality and handling was thee worst. I could of done everything myself and came out with the same results. I brought these items there, assuming they are skilled and professional. Skilled and professional was no where to be found at that place.

I took my car for a new windshield to be installed, but they didn't install the cowl corners . Now I have 2 gaps in my windshield where cold air come through. I would never ever recommend any take their car here. I have a picture of the windshield. Also deres this white girl that works here and she did a sloppy rush job da window was more to the right then to the left crooked and she never installed the cowl corners and the molding rubber for the edges of the window straight up ghetto left my car looking worst then when I took it there.its not veronicas fault tho it's the female installer look it's just that if I'm paying 200$ I expect professional neat work not rush sloppy.

The rear windows on my Mercedes 2011 E350 were vandalized and all the places I called (Safelite, Mercedes dealer) either couldn’t find the glass or there was a significant delay in getting it and high cost to install. State Auto Glass was recommended to me and I’m so glad. From start to finish, Christa went above and beyond to locate the glass, second hand, but OEM, and did so quickly and at a reasonable price. Made my appointment on a Wednesday and was told to drop my vehicle off at 8:30am on Friday. I dropped my vehicle off and had to call them to find out if my vehicle was finished at 1:20pm. They stated it was not done and would be done in an hour. I went to the shop ant 2:30pm and my vehicle was still sitting in front of the working bay and it was still not being worked on. They actually asked if I wanted to make another appointment on Monday!!!! Why would I make another appointment if you didn’t get the work done on the appointment I had originally scheduled. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE TO GET YOUR WINDSHIELD REPLACED!!!!

Windshield was not installed properly while driving air was coming in to the vehicle. After market backup camera was knocked of dashboard interior antenna above the mirror was misplaced all the way to the left of the windshield leftover athisive of windshield was all over my interior panels . The crew at State Auto Glass were first rate. Great experience. Will was awesome. Stopped in to have a minor issue looked at regarding the front molding oon my 2012 Ford Explorer, and he recognized the issue right away. He was very accommodating and the fix was made. I expected it to be painful, but it was an easy mend. Great pricing too. Can't recommend them enough. They also do a wide range of other interior repairs. This is the place to go for autoglass. 👍
