Select Auto Glass Plus

This is an exceptional business and I have to tell of my recent experience. In "assisting" a contractor in loading some material at my house, I inadvertently helped too much by launching a wooden beam (missing the flatbed) into the rear window of his expensive pickup truck. Of course, it was my negligence. I made one call to Fred of Seclect Auto Glass Plus who was a savior for the day. He told my contractor if he could get there by 12:40 pm, he be able to replace the rear window. True to his word, I sent the contractor there and it was all done within hours. I never met Fred but spoke to him by phone and we handled it all by my credit card. He was also very patient with my contractor from Cambodia who has limited English. I was very anxious to get my contractor taken care of as he has a business and needed to resume work. Fred could not have been nicer, and he is the lodestar for customer service. I cannot say enough about his care for his customers. Thanks again, Fred! You were a lifesaver that day.

Excellent customer service on the phone and in person! I set up my appointment over the phone and the person was polite and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like thats the most important part when you call a business. My window was repaired in 2 hours and I was fine sitting in the shop while it was done. It was very clean. Very satisfied with the repair and I could have had it done the same day. I chose the next morning but I will be coming here in the future if needed. Pricing was more reasonable than other places one which quoted me a outrageous amount. I highly recommend .

Fast service, and professional . I set an appointment and Fred is the best he was patient and straightforward. I had my windshield replaced and I have zero issues. My only complaint was during the installation of my new windshield my inspection stickers were damaged and I have to get new ones from them taking them off and transferring to the new windshield. But he he warned me so its not a terrible issue. I will be back for any window or windshield needs.

DO NOT I repeat DO NOT use any service from here. I came in to a little 0.5 inch chip in my windshield fixed. Literally 6 hours after it was "fixed" the chip spread from 0.5 in to 3 ft. When I returned Fred said it wasnt his fault, and I must of did something. I asked for a full refund and he argued with me for only half of a refund or 10% of a new windshield ($450). WORST customer service I have ever experienced! Terrible, just stay away

Not just great service but Awesome work! High quality precision computer cut window tint on my Acura! I will recommend all my friends and family to come here! You will not be disappointed . Fred took his time explaining the different choices in tint -I chose the CXP because of the high heat rejection and I am glad that I did ! My car is super cool inside and out! Thank you- Great job!!

I went here today and they were amazing! Someone broke into my car and while every other place was saying I had to wait weeks for a new window they were able to do it after a weekend. After my vehicle was broken in overnight, I found this business through a Google search, and I am glad I did. Mr. Rivera was very friendly, professional and was willing to work with me fitting me into his schedule. He replaced the broken window and returned my car in impeccable condition. I will go to him for any future needs, and so should you.

Didn't like that they assume it's ok to take photos of your vehicle with asking first! I'm not asking for anything but any company that photographs your car or anything for that matter should always compensate you because their services weren't free. Other then that my vehicle looks good! I would recommend them, they were quick and friendly.

I got my red truck tinted it was a great job but the customer service who says her name is margarita is very horrible and unprofessional she heard a black voice and didnt care how she talked to me she was very awful I refuse to give them my business again because of her she said go ahead tell whoever.NegativeProfessionalism

I called to make an appointment for my husband's 2013 Nissan Altima windshield replacement. Fred made the appointment immediately with price quote over the phone. The windshield was expertly installed. Looks great. Excellent service and price. I highly recommend Fred and Select Auto Glass Plus. Just fantastic.
