Just a warning to all of you people! Very shady place! Steve turned into a $$$ machine, not a great service at all! Originally came for a small leaking when it rains ! Have a 2003 Mercedes Benz clk 320 convertible!!! Not to mention, had to come 3 times just to be told to come back next day or next week! Finally had it done for $40 and waited for 3 hours !!! It did not solved the problem! So I talked to Steve and we made an agreement after Thanksgiving on Tuesday for me to come by to restitched a small piece on my passenger side seat and he would put that $40 towards that service!!! Well, came back today, this Tuesday morning at 9 am and that's when Steve showed his real face! He started for asking me for $125 , I said heck no! Reminded him the phone talk that we had prior to this , which was last week! Ok, so we agreed to $50 more out of pocket and he'll get it done right away! LOL that was a lie!!! It was done at 11:15 am, and not to mention that the Mexican guy that he had working on my car, spoke no English, also ripped my back seat carper a bit, which is brand new with a Mercedes logo on it! STEVE was cursing at me, calling me names ! Very not professional at all !!!! Ok, so I did called a guy back! Giving him a benefit of a doubt! Answered a phone and after I told him who I am, started cursing at me and hung up a phone! Very professional! People , STAY AWAY from that place! Just my advise

I worked at a dealership b4 and we used to take our cars here. Just got my windshield done here the other day and he quoted me a good outta pocket price $335 for my car. Usually they have the lowest prices outta pocket from calling around n experience with this. Job got done the same day too!! Woulda gave 5 stars BUT not gonna lie the guy is a pretty sheisty businessman. Long story short I went thru insurance bc my comp deductible is $100 n after he did the glass he tried to ask for extra $. He tried to lie n say they aren't paying him anything for the job. That they are giving him "49% off list price". Shows me on his phone, zooms into the 49% n tries to cover up the part where it says $300 for recalibration, $275 for installation, + like another $500. Plus list price is I'm pretty sure just for the glass itself which is like close to $1000 retail at the dealer. So basically he definitely getting way more thru insurance than the $335 he quoted me so he shouldnt have asked for anything extra especially trying to lie!!! I Don't like that! After some arguing he said "ok maybe I'll be able to give you back $50 when I get the payment but it will take so long blah blah blah" another sad story!!! Maybe I'll change my review to 5stars when that happens lol but for now I'm just being honest. Mad sheisty!!!

My car was recently vandalized in which the rear passenger side window of my Infiniti Q70L was busted out. I called around to approximately 20 different local auto glass repair companies, including a few mobile services. Apparently most shops don't have this particular make and model glass within stock, so it had to be ordered. I called Rydon and I believe the guy's name was Steve was able to get my window in a shorter amount of time and for a significantly cheaper price than anyone else had quoted me. Not only that, but the glass is quality, was installed by their friendly and knowledgeable staff in a professional and timely manner and even more convenient a window tinting shop whom I've patronized for years is located literally right next door, so I was able to get my window retinted immediately afterwards. Best prices, best work, fast and efficient! Update: I returned to Rydon years later due to my sunroof being busted and they gave me the most cost and time efficient estimate. If you can get past Steve's demeanor, you'll be fine. Trust me he's a piece of work 😂, but their work is A1. Installation was fast and proper. I've recently recommended this spot a friend and he said they did good work as well.

My experience is this - the place is a very well disorganized dump for those who want the cheapest possible price followed by the worst possible service. Workers fool around all the time: slow pacing, taking their time to work on vehicles, stop in the middle of the job to eat lunch at 10 am while customer is waiting. No sense of responsibility or even an attempt to make good for the customer and generate more business. Owner obviously has no control over the workers, since they do the work when they feel like. Owner is friendly, but only to get you to come and buy. Workers do whatever they want and the owner does not care. On top of that, they damaged the interior of my vehicle and of course did not take any responsibility for that. This is a place only for people with cheap vehicles, who will not care if anything's scratched or damaged. Definitely not a place for a decent car. This business was recommended to me by a friend and I did not go there for a "deal", but the quality of work and it turned out to be a negative experience. Stay away.

I contacted this auto window glass service early at 7:00 AM on Monday. Initially, I was told I’d receive a callback in 8 minutes. After an hour passed with no word, I called again, provided the details of my car and the specific window issue. The representative requested my VIN and said they’d need a few more minutes, yet no further communication followed. At noon, which is 5 hours later when I inquired about the delay, the response was dismissive, and the representative seemed irritated by my follow-up. Their service blows, particularly given the urgency of having a broken window amidst rainy weather. Prompt and empathetic customer service is crucial in such situations, but this place did not deliver on either front. Fortunately, SAFELITE offered a no-hassle solution and efficiently fixed my window at my residence SAME DAY. For those in need of reliable auto glass services, I would advise considering alternative providers because this place IS NOT IT! Stay away!

The rating of 3.7 is very high for this place. I replaced my windshield and it started making a knocking noise. I arrived on Friday and the supervisor said they were short-staffed today and asked me to come back on Monday. I arrived at 10am and waited until 12:30pm. At 12:30pm a repairman came out and asked what happened. I explained the same thing to him as I did to the supervisor. Result: they knocked on the glass with their palms and said everything was fine. I offered to drive down Bustleton Avenue to make sure I was telling the truth, to which the supervisor replied that the head repairman was not available today and that I should come back tomorrow. I am sure that tomorrow they will again be short-staffed and will ask me to come back next week and so on ad infinitum. They do everything they can to avoid fixing their terrible work. Choose another place, this place is the worst in NorthEast because it will be even more expensive to fix their work.

EDIT: decreased to 1 star after my experience with him not replacing the gel pack for my rain sensor (had bubbles after the windshield replacement) i called around and even googled that this is supposed to be replaced as a normal part of installation, which was not done. The owner gave me excuses for not making time to replace it for over 2 months and when he finally agreed to replace it, he wanted $50 dollars to do it even though it was a mistake and oversight on his shop. Clearly does not take pride in his work and I’d look elsewhere for windshield work. Once he gets your money you’re off his radar regardless of the outcome. No longer recommend this place. original: Great experience! I needed a special windshield, Steve got it as soon as he could and was able to fit me in the same day. Good pricing and seamless experience. Definitely would recommend to others

Came to Rydon to have a new windshield installed on my 2017 Honda Pilot. I am giving them two stars because they were #1 affordable and #2 installed a windshield. That's about as good as it got, the windshield wasn't installed properly which caused a wind noise above 40mph, the sealant they used was as messy as it could be and caused the windshield to crack when a more reputable place attempted to correct it, and the owner (Steve) was a complete waste of time, telling me to "come back tomorrow" because they were too busy to look at their shoddy work. I attempted to come back 3 times, 40 minutes out of my way, until I gave up and realized they're just a joke of a business. Stay away at all costs unless you're just addicted to gambling.

Took my car there I had the sunroof leak fixed it was leaking up at the top on the right side Had foot surgery couldn't get down there called many of times kept being told the person there that does the sunroof wasn't available and I'll have to come back the owner is the one who was the one messing with my sunroof and had it leaking in by the floor it's been sometime now and still hasn't it Charge me over $200. And would not standby his work I would never recommend anybody to go to this place Mold growing in my car I gotta keep cleaning it because of the leak If it was my shop I would stand by my work the stuff that I do for customers I stand by 100%

Waited about two hours to get the window fixed. The gentleman is very busy! He quoted me $185-$195 parts and labor.. he put the window in explaining how the first two didn't work out the third one did and that it cost more. I was expecting to pay no more than $200, he said $250. I asked him why wouldnt you consultant with me before installing the window that was a different price. He accepted the $200, which is all I had. My window is great. But he needs more help there and needs to let customers know when things change. So he know if they can cover the cost if its more or need to wait. But great service n product.
