had high hopes based on the reviews but unfortunately was let down. Was told it would cost $395 for the part needed (a window regulator), told the lady on the phone I would need two weeks to come up with funds for repair and asked if there was anything they could do to keep the window from falling down in the meantime because I am mainly concerned about theft, and rain/snow getting in. She told me that they would be able to zip tie it so it stays up and I told her I would pay for them do that. She then said she would let them know to zip tie it and that my car would be ready for pickup soon, this was at 10:47 am. Went back on my lunch break to pick up my car at 3:30 pm and they were just then putting the door back on and my window was still down. The mechanic paid no mind to me either so I wasn’t even able to ask what happened when he pulled out my car for me. After looking online, I found the part I need for less than $100. They completely wasted my time. It seems like all they care about is money and that they didn’t care to keep my window from falling down because I wasn’t able to pay for that “$395 part” right away. Will be getting my vehicle serviced elsewhere.

At first I was skeptical but I was so desperate and hopeful. My rear passenger window was broken into and I needed a repair quick. I called around and so many places told me that the glass window was on back order. So of course I panicked. I came across this company online. I called and straight to voicemail. However, the guy ended up texting me and asked me to send year make and model of the car. I did that and he then said he would check his inventory. I waited probably an 1hr 1/2 and then he reached back out to me and said that he had the glass. Quickly jumped in my car. I waited a little bit for the car tech to come but once he showed up, everything took 45 -1hr to repair. And the best thing about it was that the price was cheaper than all the quotes I was receiving prior to. HANDS DOWN THE BEST! Highly recommend... especially when you're in a bind!

Called and got a quote that was $200 cheaper than Safelite, which had been recommended by Allstate but I wanted to support a local Philly business and I wanted to not fall victim to the premium one pays for brand name, so I was doing my research. Saw the great reviews, both people who answered the phone were extremely friendly and flexible. Real people! Willing to do mobile service but also have a garage which is what I opted to do, and just took a walk around the neighborhood. It took about 45 mins. Alex was the person who worked with me and I felt like I was in good hands. Vacuumed out my car too. Left a good tip. My front windshield needed to be replaced. Spoke with team auto, said they could do it. They came out, it was sprinkling rain. I asked did we need to reschedule, they said no. They go to put the new glass in, and it doesn't seal on the driver's side. They say, I still have to pay whole fee BEFORE they correct the issue. I say no, partial payment agreement and then we agree that I will bring my car to them the next day. I get there, at the agreed time, and no one is expecting me and my windshield is on a truck an hour away. I wait 2 hours for my car, on the Friday of memorial day weekend. And other than sorry, they offer a $30 discount. I WILL NOT BE BACK.

Someone smashed my front passenger window. Dean helped me out via mobile service to West Philly. Cost $100 less than what it would’ve cost with Safelite. Came with vacuum and cleaned out broken glass. Super friendly. Took about 30 minutes once he showed up. Unfortunately, the thief broke into my car early on Friday morning and I couldn’t get an appointment till Monday morning and Dean wasn’t able to show up till Monday afternoon. Still 5 stars because Safelight didn’t have an available appointment till the following Thursday and would’ve cost a lot more. Called around elsewhere and this was the best estimate and turnaround with good reviews.

My car had gotten broken into overnight this morning. Unfortunately it is not the first time for me. Most mobile repairs could not reach me til tomorrow and were charging upwards of $400+. When I reached out to Team Auto Glass around 9:30-‘, they quoted me a reasonable price, were able to travel to me in NJ where I work, were originally supposed to come out between 1-5pm but Robert called me at 10am, arrived within 10mins and was quick, efficient, and got the job done perfectly within an hour. It’s like it never happened. Took care of an issue within a matter of hours for me. Really great service I would recommend again!

Had a cracked windshield and called around to multiple places in the city. These guys were by far the cheapest, came out next day (came to my house), and replaced the glass. Looks perfect. They were all very nice and helpful, did a great job. During replacement, I guess one of the trim caps on my car came off and got lost on the street somewhere. I sent them an email and they promptly ordered the exact part, and came back out to me to put it back on my car. All around excellent service and will definitely recommend and use them again in the future.

Great experience all around. They respond in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of professionalism. To make things even better, they provide excellent service quickly and half the cost of Safelite. When I dropped off my Malibu and picked it up, all the workers and owner were friendly and answered any question I had. I'll be sure to come here from now on knowing that these are the standards they uphold.
