What can I say? This is probably the fastest and best glass service you can get in Philadelphia. I had a crack in my windshield, a good 12 inches long, due to a tiny pebble that expanded when I had tint applied to the front windshield. I literally called their number because the crack was an emergency fix. Dustin picked up, I explained the situation, and he had me covered. The glass took three days to arrive, but during the waiting period, I kept texting Dustin, and he answered all my questions and concerns, question after question, concern after concern, all answered. He was easy to work with. When the glass came in, Dustin and his buddy Johnny came to my car and replaced it in just 20 minutes. The glass was affordable, unlike other professional services like Safelite, which wanted to charge me $800 for the windshield (and that's before labor). Dustin charged me an affordable price plus labor, and that was that. Dustin also knows other vehicle services and had referrals. My car needed recalibration, and in two days, his referral recalibrated my sensors in 45 minutes at an affordable price, ensuring everything worked. They test drove it, gave it the all clear, and even found and cleared error codes on my car. Dustin, Johnny, and his referral took care of me, cleared all concerns, and went above and beyond. It's probably why he has a 5 star rating on Google Maps. Dustin and his crew are not a slimy auto service that jacks you for cash. His team is straightforward, affordable, helpful, and, most importantly, efficient and quick. We all love our cars and want them back ASAP. Called Dustin mid-day Wednesday to repair my broken car window. He answered the phone immediately, made sure he had the glass I needed in stock and was able to come out the very next morning. I had a wonderful experience getting my front windshield replaced by D&D. He was prompt, responsive, and kept me updated throughout the process of getting the glass and during installation. It is clear the passion he has for his craft, and the entire process was seamless and done within 30 minutes. Not only was the work great and efficient, he is by far the most affordable in the city! While I hope to never need a window replaced again, this would be the first place I go again if so.

I can't help but rave about the hard work Dustin and his staff have. I had a new windshield in less than 24 hours, and considering how difficult that can be in the city, I was very impressed. Dustin was great! Significantly cheaper than any place recommended by insurance and high quality work. He came out to me to confirm the exact glass I needed before he ordered. Then once he got the glass in, he traveled to me, which is so helpful with a busy work schedule, and cleaned out all of my broken glass. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the job. I would recommend to anyone!
