We needed a rear passenger side window replaced after someone broke in to the car. We were able to setup a mobile appointment for the very next day, with the rain we ended up having to go to the shop to have it replaced. Alex was very responsive and kept us up to speed on everything. Once we arrived at the shop we were in and out in about 20mins. Customer service was excellent, friendly, professional. The lowest price I could find! Happy / Satisfied Customer. (2011 Chevy Traverse Windshield) I got 4 quotes from other shops. They practice what they preach. It Was the best price. More importantly than price, Alex was very professional, fast and did a quality job. How can I forgot..... They are mobile, they came to me! Best customer service, professionalism, speed, price and efficiency, EVER! The overall experience was way better than the larger companies and was more affordable. You could tell he has great passion about his work and many years of experience to back it. He cleaned out the broken glass and was carful with my car parts as he took it apart and put back together. Called on Sunday and Monday my window was repaired. I liked how easy it was to schedule installation. They did not take me through many hoops. I love the simplicity of docusigning as well.
