Called Three Rivers Auto Glass to replace my broken windshield. Within a few days the tech was at my house (I really wish I could remember his name.) He was extremely polite, personable and professional. He educated me on way more than I could imagine about the replacement process and some other extremely useful advice. I called a couple of places, looked at some reviews, and over all this seemed like the best place to do business. After deciding on them, I called and made an appointment. Because the camera had to be calibrated after the windshield replacement, they came and picked up my vehicle in the morning and brought it back in the after noon. This place is amazing!! Highly recommend!! Im an not form the city. I was ttheee with a family member in the hospital i came from 2 hours away and a rock cracked my windshield on the way there. Three Rivers did an awesome job on my windshield replacement. I'm so glad I picked them instead of Safelite. They scheduled my appointment, PICKED UP MY CAR FROM MY HOUSE! And then dropped it off a few hours later. It was incredibly convenient. They even put all the registration stickers back on the new windshield.

Great company from the first phone call. They had the best price for a back window on an older Grand Am. I couldn't be there but the guy said no problem he would take care of it. The window looks fantastic & it was so nice of him to clean up the extra broken glass we couldn't get our sweeper to pick up. Tks!

Excellent experience all around, these guys are so much better than Safelite which is a giant faceless company who offered me a nine day wait for my car window. Three Rivers got it done next day and are contracted with Progressive. Plus they're a local company.

Great folks. Very fair pricing, they even took care of the claim with my insurance, so I didn't have to do it. Glass came out looking great, and very good communication. They were also able to come out next day for me. Can't recommend enough.
