Absolutely the worst glass guy I’ve ever seen. He did more damage to the car than the total cost of replacement. Windshield was covered with adhesive backing plastic wrap used in the automotive industry. Roy removed the plastic and took paint off the hood. This is a BMW convertible that had original paint. If he had only carefully and slowly removed the plastic, he would not have destroyed my paint. See photos. Never dealt with this glass shop for repairs on my motorhome. Met with Roy ( owner ) when dropping off for work to be done next day. Was very personal and we discuss my problem and details of glass replacement. Very informative. Advised would be done following day and would call when done for p/u. Received call following day at 10 AM and was done and could p/u anytime. Went to p/u and found all to be done and windshield clean with no hand prints or dirt. We own an auto repair shop. We recommend them all the time I’ve watched them install quite a few windshields here. I’m reading these reviews half of them have nothing to do with windshield replacement so what relevance are they. Don't do business with this guy. He gave me the run around for weeks on a car, finally agrees to meet me at 8am in the morning. I show up, and he tells me he sold the car last night. scheduled me and cancelled AFTER i showed up TWICE!! and told me he would do it free if he did it again. Well he blew me off AGAIN and STILL charge me FULL price!!! what an absolute nightmare, i will never ever go there again.

Cant speak on their glass installs but I purchased a jeep from them. I posted a video showing how things were wired under the hood. Luckily i caught it before it burnt to the ground.
