Sean is amazing, a craftsmen in the truest sense of the word. He came and it felt like I met him before, he was very cool and very knowledgeable on his work. It was a 2hour job and he didn’t waste anytime getting to work. I watched as he did his thing and he informed me about the details of what it takes to do this on daily basis. Man it’s not easy but he made it look like a breeze. From start to finish, attention to detail was the main goal. Next thing I knew my car looked like a new car. I know several people who have had outstanding repairs performed by Sean. His work is topnotch, he very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He fixed my windshield and filed an insurance claim for me, no money out of pocket for me and a first class job well done! I had a rock about the size of my fist hit my windshield. Thought for sure it was going to need a new windshield. I called Shawn at 8:13, he arrived at my work around 9:00 and by 9:20 my windshield was fixed. What I liked the most about Shawn was his honesty & openness. He did an excellent job and consistently told me, any issues at all, please call me. I would give him 10 stars if I could and never will I go anywhere else. I never write reviews but this man saved me $400 and hands down is one of the most honest people I know now. He could of easily charged me for replacing my windshield on my Subaru. His quote was one of the more affordable ones in the area so I was planning to go with him. He informed me that I could get it replaced for free by calling Subaru customer service. Sean is great. He replaced a windshield for me 2 years ago. The glue failed and it started to leak . He came the day after I called him so he could assess the issue and he taped it off until he could repair it just 3 days later.(he had to order an extra windshield incase mine broke when he removed it for the repair) Great customer service. In my first call to Windshield Repair & Replace, Sean spoke with readily apparent knowledge about what needed to be done to repair the windshield molding on my car, how to do it, where to get the part, and when he would do it. He then executed all of the above...for the price he said, at the time he would do the job, and with the factory part. In short, excellent service!

Great service, came next day, was even 10 minutes early, and his price was reasonable. He was a pleasure to talk to and took his work seriously. I had a bad windshield chip with cracks running out totaling about 1" diameter. He was able to fill it and make it mostly disappear and prevent it from getting worse. I would definately call him again if needed.

Sean was up front and a nice guy. Great price too. My “chip” was more like a creator but Sean still did a good job. It looks a hell of a lot better than it did and hopefully it’ll prevent it from a huge crack in the future. Sean even said if it starts to crack a bit that I can contact him and he’d fix it.
