John replaced my windshield a year or two ago and i still recommend him to people. he was fast, fairly priced, and though my job took a bit longer than i was originally told, John was very transparent with me about how the glass did not meet his standards when he received it from his supplier and he reordered it. that he took the extra time to make sure i was getting a quality product showed me that he actually cares about the experience his customers have. thank you John, hopefully my windshield doesn’t crack again but if it does i will absolutely be back!!

I stopped by couple of day before they performed the job on Ford F-150 Truck. The windshield glass mounding ( seal ) on top side & when the raining it was leaking water sometime. So I stopped by @ John’s Auto Glass & speak with John & explained him my problem, he suggested best option of that issue to replace with new glass and really great cheaper price. I left from there due to my work . But I called him on Saturday morning and left the voice mail to schedule an appointment for replacement windshield glass. John called me back next Monday morning & we scheduled an appointment on Wednesday morning @ 8 am in the morning. I went there @ 8 am on Wednesday morning & he took my truck @ 8.15 am & start work on that . They are 3 people working on my truck & they finish the job @ 9.30 am. I am very happy on his work & he is very honest, courteous & kind person. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends & family. Quick and easy service at a price I liked. Woke up this past Tuesday to my find someone broke my window. Looked on eBay for a replacement in case I wanted to try my hand at doing it myself an used glass was $112. Then I called John's and they said they could do the job for $204 and (so long as the glass was delivered when their guy said it would be) have my car back the following morning so I dropped it off the same day. That afternoon I got a call saying that my car was fixed and ready for pickup tomorrow morning. Sure enough I show up the next day, my bill is exactly what they had quoted me at and the window looks great! My friend left a detailed Email and waited a month and never got a reply. Then acutely drive up there when the hours said opened and it seemed as if they were closed. Walked around to find nothing not even an office. Then decided to call the number and left a detailed message. They said it's been a few days now and still no call back from them. Either this means that this place is shut down and Google hasn't updated it yet or they are ignoring my friends. I don't understand why this place is rated 5 stars. When seeing this place had 5 stars, I Refer this place to them online. Only for them to be disappointed.

12/3/19 My windshield was vandalized with a blunt object. John answered my call within a day. Answered my questions re: quality of glass. This is my second rodeo with a new windshield on an older car ('05) which I take care of, so I wanted the best. Asked him difference b/w Safelight and his glass. He replied, better quality and they are a big company. I will personally be working on your car. He was professional in his communications (calls and answering questions). Am glad I hired him for the job. It was about $40-50 dollars more than Safelight, but I am confident in the product and service.

Recently had to get my windshield replaced due to a rock hitting my windshield on the turnpike. Very pleased with the whole experience at John’s. Easy to make an appointment and go over the various options and pricing. Very smooth drop off and pick up process, good communication and the staff was very friendly. Very reasonable prices too. John (the owner) explained to us what not to do with the newly installed windshield & they did a great job. The car stayed overnight at their facility to properly cure the adhesive, which is a proper procedure. I like them and I would recommend them to anyone seeking glass replacement on their vehicle.
