I took my window to be replaced on Monday, July 3rd. Customer service was alright except when I called and asked for an ETA, and they told me 3 pm. It was 1:30 pm when I called, and then I got home around 2 pm for them to call me as soon as I got home for them to tell me my car was done when I had called prior. They told me 3pm.. anyways today July 8th as I'm getting out of my husband's jeep, I noticed a dent on the front near my windshield and my paint chipped, so I was confused as to where the dent came from, not even thinking about the window replacement and so my husband tells me to check the other side and sure enough the paint was chipped near the windshield... the worst place for windshield service... had I'd seen that when I first got my car back, I would have asked for a full refund or for them to pay for the damages they caused. not very happy tbh had my windshield replaced abt 2 weeks ago all was well and then it rained. it then proceeded to virtually pour into my car from the windshield not being sealed properly at the top. when i say everything on the drivers side was wet i mean everything. was wet. my steering wheel, my window controls, and my front seat. soaked. asked if they could at least pay to have my seat cleaned as they are cloth and look absolutely disgusting because of how much water got on it and they flat out ignored my request. they’re also extremely lucky my skip button on my steering wheel began working again (after 2 days) because if not i’d be contacting a lawyer right now for water damage.

I used Safelite Auto Glass to have my rear glass repaired at my home location. The individual responsible for the repair, Derik, was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed the repair at the scheduled time and in the allotted time that was anticipated. He took his time to thoroughly answer all my questions and was very courteous in all his interactions with me. As for the Administrative staff at Safelite AutoGlass, they were sincere in their concern for my issue and quickly got the repair process in motion. I would highly recommend Derik and Safelite for any future Auto glass repairs.

Shout out to the very friendly and capable technician from Safelite who switched out our Tiguan windshield on July 3rd. The entire experience was super easy from start to finish, and made more so by the service technician who was also super friendly with the dogs who conjugated at our house from the neighborhood. Top notch service!

Safelite replaced my windshield in my driveway, they were quick to get the appointment set up and Derik who installed the new windshield was absolutely amazing. From the first phone call to completion of the windshield installation, I was treated with respect and politeness. The installation job by Derek was done professionally. If in future I need other glass work done I will use Safelite and hopefully have Derek as the installer.

Safelite sliced my head liner and now it is geasy and frayed. The gopro mount is not even centered. I go back to ask them to put it back up and they say go look at another one in a car lot because they're all like that! They were paid 713.59 and ruined my truck
