He ordered the glass and drove to my location and installed the glass. Now here is a twist in the story: It was just an accident and the new glass was somehow scratched and Tom told me the whole service was now free. I took a look and it was just a minor scratch that nobody would even notice! Anybody else they wouldn't have said anything and still asked for payment. This is an honest man that cares about his work. By the way I didn't let Tom leave without putting money in his pocket. We worked out a slight discount and we both parted ways happy. I will refer him to anyone who need a new windshield with no hesitation.

Someone smashed my backseat window and broke into my car yesterday. I called around a few places, and everyone was scheduled until the end of the week. Luckily Tom was able to shift his schedule around to accommodate me today. He was excellent with communication, arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and replaced my car window in about an hour. I wouldn't wish this on anyone--but if you happen to have window replacement needs, I highly recommend giving Tom a call.

Thomas Gadziala is the absolute best. He removed and replaced my windshield in several hours and did a far better job than I could have imagined. He also charged a modest amount compared to every business I contacted to do the same. He obviously has over decades of experience which makes it well worth every penny having him replace your auto glass. He is by far the best anywhere to do it.

Very quick service from the time I called to the time the glass was installed. A national chain gave me an estimated wait time of 3 weeks until the glass would be received and installed. Tom did the same service within 48 hours, and he came to me on a holiday. Although I'm hoping I don't have to deal with a broken window again, if I do I will be calling him first.

Needing glass repair is never desired. I called two large corporate places and Tom. He was more professional, timely, and flexible than the big box. He even came to my work to replace so I didn’t have an interruption in my schedule. My coworkers were all impressed with him how fast and detailed oriented he was (they all watched him through the glass lol).
