Initially, the owner advised us it would be cheaper to pay out-of-pocket rather than go through our insurance, claiming it might raise our premium. However, when we checked with our insurance company (Expertise), they confirmed that replacing the window would not affect our premium. We scheduled an appointment, and the owner told us the technician would arrive between 8 and 10 AM. Unfortunately, the technician didn’t arrive until 4 PM. To our surprise, we discovered that Apple Glass does not perform the work themselves—they subcontract it out to another company. When we decided to go through our insurance for a more affordable option, the process became unnecessarily difficult. We tried to arrange a three-way call between Apple Glass, the insurance company, and ourselves, but the owner wouldn’t answer their call. Yet, when the subcontractor called him directly, he picked up immediately. This raised concerns that the owner may have been avoiding our insurance company’s calls deliberately. When we finally spoke to the owner about using insurance, he became argumentative, insisting his price was fair—even though it was the same as larger companies like Safelite Auto Glass. Supporting small businesses is important to us, but this experience showed us that Apple Glass does not operate with the level of transparency or service we expect from a local business. We would not recommend Apple Glass Replacement to anyone. If we could give -5 stars, we absolutely would. They subcontract all their work, offer no added value, and seem more concerned with avoiding insurance claims than serving their customers fairly. If you want reliable, honest service, look elsewhere.

They installed the wrong windshield and my lane assist does not work. I contacted them and they insisted that the windshield is correct so they send me to a place for calibration and that place also won’t able to get it to work and I have to paid for the service. I tried to contact apple auto glass and no one is answering the phone. I left a message and haven’t heard from them. This is a scam!ServicesAuto windshield replacement

The glass they installed on my Toyota Prius 2020 was not compatible. I got the error message "Pre collision system malfunction" on my car after they replaced my windshield. At first, I thought it just need to be recalibrated. When I take my car to my dealership they said my windshield lack of certain part needed for pre-collision system to work. Scam company.
