TM Auto Glass, LLC

Well I used Tom about 10 years ago on my last Integra and he did a phenomenal job in the mall parking lot. I didn't need another windshield until to this year on another Integra that I owned so I didn't bother looking anywhere else and just called him up since I had his number saved. This time has been a disaster. I had a leak a week later which I thought had been another part of the car that needed to be fixed like some old seals and I had pulled the interior out of the car to try to trace the leak. I finally concluded that the windshield is in fact leaking and after several attempts to get him to come out to fix it he finally did but only to put some more sealant on the window in hopes that that was going to fix it. It still didn't fix it so he's been out two more times since then and put more sealant to hope to fix the leak. The last time it was still leaking he said if it's still leaks we're going to have to pull the windshield and find out what's going on and maybe just reseal it that didn't happen he just stopped by and putting more sealant on it hoping that that's going to fix the problem. Now I guess I'm going to have to pay someone else $150 to take the windshield out and reseal it that's what I was quoted to do so. It's a shame that when the job doesn't go the right way he just ducks calls, makes false promises and avoids texting hoping the problem will just go away now I'm out the money I paid him initially and another 150 to have someone else reseal it so that my car is not getting leaked in and I'm not getting leaked on while driving the car in the rain. when the leak is fixed I can finally put the interior back in my car and put this headache behind me.

PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS. It will definitely save you time and energy!! I called TM Auto Glass On Saturday 3/12/22 to have my passenger side front window replaced. I spoke with a very nice gentleman (so I thought) who advised that he didn’t have my window in stock but he could order it and have it on Monday 3/14. He stated that he would contact me once he had the glass. I contacted him at noon for an ETA… he responded at 1:00 PM stating that he was on his way to pick up the glass. I waited and waited, called and texted and the guy never responded. I do not recommend TM Auto Glass. I then contacted Supreme Auto Glass, who came out right way and repaired my vehicle.NegativeResponsiveness

Tom thank you! We have our shop here in ambler. Tom has been there any time we need a windshield replaced, a back window replaced- we havent broken a side window just yet :) Even when one of the employees flipped the backhoe at the yard and broke the angled glass, Tom, got us a great deal on the glass; offered us a cash discount; installed it & cleaned up the mess. My SUV’s tailgate window fell into a million pieces during a day trip out of town. SafeLite gave me a mobile appointment for 10 days later, and basically expected me to stand outside for up to a four hour window in the winter to have it repaired. Called my insurance back and got connected to TM Auto Glass through my Ford Dealer. Tom came out the next day and fixed it within an hour. Highly recommmend.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

Paid Tom in full to do multiple windshields and repairs. He had one windshield left to do of which she was prepaid for and never returned to finish. The job kept the money and does not return phone calls or even answer when my company calls. Seems like a nice guy, however turns out he is a con. All of the ship repairs that he did were nothing more than reseals and you can see every ship that he was paid to get rid of.

Avoid Tom and his company at all cost. This person is very unprofessional, does not answer his phone and botched few jobs for me. Last job was not finished and he did not answer my calls after multiple attempts to get in touch with him. Just stay away and save your money and frustration. Best price I could find so I was hesitant, but this guy really did an excellent job on my 2017 GMC Sierra. He was on time, friendly and the windshield has been installed for over a month now with heavy rains and no leaks. And he comes to you! I will definitely be recommending him. Tom was very helpful up until my scheduled date of service. We discussed and agreed upon a date and time for him to come to my residence to replace my cracked windshield and he no call-no showed. I left a voice mail for him that day and he never even bothered to return the call. Very poor way to run a business. Would not recommend.

Tom came to replace my 2005 Camry windshield in mid-April. It was installed off-center and it leaks on the driver's side. I have texted multiple times, he's answer twice and said he'd be out, but he never shows up. $200 in cash down the drain. I'll amend this review if he ever actually shows up to fix the issue.

Zero stars Read reviews first. Especially women, he is not trustworthy, is unresponsive and cost me $ because he did not deliver as promised. Check BBB too.
