UPDATE: This company is pretty ridiculous. The number they provided me below just goes to their regular call center that I mentioned in my review. The agent had no idea why I'd be calling about a Google review. Ken the district manager should not be employed here or anywhere customer related. After countless calls trying to get a hold of someone, Ken called me and told me they don't deal with people like me and that I was lying and making stuff up about their Eynon location. He was extremely rude and unprofessional and even hung up on me while I was trying to explain myself. This is after the windshield was replaced on my 2016 Subaru Legacy and my safety features no longer worked. I was trying to get a hold of the shop to bring it back to be repaired. Which is pretty impossible. When you call you are routed to a call center or other store locations who tell you all they can do is reach out to the general manager of the store. This went on for days without anyone from the shop contacting me. Got to the point where the call center manager had to reach out to the district manager Ken. Who told me every time I call it's being tracked or whatever. Which is just proof of what I had to do in order to speak with someone. Only to be belittled and insulted by some guy. I eventually got my car in for a second visit and they were able to successfully recalibrate my car's safety features and it's been working ever since. Just wish I didn't have to go through so much to get that to happen.

Horrible customer service and terrible communication. We have been trying to get a response from the manager on what the next step is to get our vehicle fixed. During the window instillation, the technician scratched the inside door paint and also damaged the window visor on the outside of the vehicle. He also did not put the door panel back on correctly. Once we got in contact with the manager (which was the next day) we had to wait a few days to get the panel fixed. We then had to go to an auto body shop to get a quote for the damages. We emailed Paul (the manager) with the quote and asked for money back for the instillation. He said he would speak to the general manager about this matter and would get back to us. That was a week ago and we have yet to hear from him. Our emails are not being answered and when we call no one can help us and we are told Paul is supposed to be dealing with it. My vehicle was damaged by one of the technicians and it is only fair that they pay to repair my vehicle. I am very unhappy, and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone in the future. We are clearly going to have to keep calling until we get this issue handled.

I can't completely do a full review since for my type of vehicle only the replacement of the windshield was done. It yet needs to be calibrated. I was informed by the person who scheduled my appointment when I called, that I Did Not need to go to the business on site, as everything could be taken care at home. I questioned a couple of times, that a calibration is required due to ADA of this vehicle. She reassured me that for sure the business carry the equipment for such calibration. Now the day came for replacement of windshield and as I feared, could not perform calibration. But if I base my review solely on the person that came to do the replacement, it was very good. Very polite. Explained the reason why they couldn't do calibration. Process took roughly 30-40/min. The windshield looks as it should. All cleaned up. No trash left behind. Appointment scheduled immediately within couple of days for the calibration needed. Payment done on site with no issues. Received receipt via email. Recently some immature boy smashed out my window and a neighbors window. These guys came out to fix our windows quick, was available immediately and did quality work.I feel bad for not knowing the guys name to give a shout-out but he was professional and very knowledgeable of his job and also gave me a detailed run through about what he was going to do and also held a conversation with me and how this all came about. I’m sure he has heard some stories haha. He also waited a while for the adhesive to sit long enough before taking off and informed me I could drive right away but no washing my car haha I almost wanted to go wash my car immediately the glass was so clean and my car soo dirty from the forest fires that happened recently I just never washed my car after. Terrible place, they had to simply replace a windshield in my girlfriend’s vehicle, (which is their profession apparently,) and they ended up damaging the roof of the car. It then took them 3 months to answer her back then an additional 4 days for her to receive money for damages. She wanted to get it fixed by them because the guy said he can do it and now they ripped her inspection stickers and she had to spend the money to replace them when they were at fault for it. I’m not sure if this was just multiple mess ups or if that’s just the quality of their work but this place just seems like an endless money pit, all she needed was a windshield repair and she had to get the windshield repaired, roof fixed, and new inspection. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

Affordable prices. Tyrone was amazing! He did a fantastic job of installing my new windshield. However, I was not impressed with the receptionist I spoke with the morning of my appointment. I had received no confirmation of my appointment so I called around 8am to confirm and ask what the time window off arrival was. I was told that they don't have specific times. That it was an 8a-5p window. That's 9 hours! He didn't show up until 4pm ish. She was not very pleasant to speak with. Everyone else I spoke to over the phone were nice and pleasant. I did not like the fact that I missed out on an entire days worth of work because they couldn't provide a more accurate time frame and so I had to stay home all day

The worst experience ever with this group of people. Reschedule of reschedule of the windshield. Finally got it done almost a month and a half out and they damaged my Tesla touch screen. They damaged my rear view mirror. They didn’t connect the sensor to my car so I cannot use my remote starting features. Contacting them is difficult and a lot of false promises saying return call here and never does. At this point I’m probably going to contact someone to assist me with this. Don’t do business with these people. Will update if something actually happens Reached out and no response at all. And no refund for damaging my car. Said they legit are avoiding me.

They were great to work with through the whole process. Admittedly scheduled for right away service. They stayed in touch with every update through text. Right up untill they showed up. The guys steadily worked while being friendly with conversation. Answered any questions I had. The best part is I was waiting for extra cost and there was none. What the quoted was the final cost. They were hundreds lower then the so called, best named companies with the same guarantee and quality work. Only took 30 minutes then back on the road. I can go on but as a 61 year old man who had plenty cracked windshields these guys are the best. Thank you

The tech that removed my totally destroyed windshield, prepped the whole surface where the adhesive is placed and windshield sits and installed my brand new windshield was the most professional, great personality, educative, thorough and clean tech I've honestly ever had before. Ron had a very great personality, funny, smart, informative and extremely thorough. Truly a joy to have install my new windshield and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND Auto Glass Now to others.
