I have a 2019 Subaru Forester that I purchased in February. I had been driving it for only a month when a pebble hit my windshield. I initially took it to Capital Auto Glass for a repair (which I received very timely) but decided since the car was so new that I should replace it. The team came a few days later to do so but due to errors within the system used to order new windshields, and unfortunately after removing the existing glass which had broken in the removal process, the new one did not fit. So the old one had to go back on but the car could not be driven due to the severity of the breaks in the glass. Brian, the business owner called me right away, and was incredibly apologetic. He was very disappointed in not being able to do the replacement, and that my new car would have to remain parked until the new windshield arrived. Here's the worst part of this story...it wouldn't be coming for three weeks. Subaru had hundreds of orders, and were extremely backed up. Brian asked them to prioritize my windshield and his company set me up in a nice rental. Thankfully, at almost the 3-week mark, my windshield arrived and the team came the very next day to do the install. It looks amazing, there are no water leaks, no sounds of air rushing in, and I am very very happy. A HUGE thank you to Brian for being an honest, and forthright businessman. What happened was not his fault, just how life happens sometimes. You don't need to go anywhere else, this company is amazing.

Capital Auto Glass replaced my windshield a few years ago and did an excellent job. I got a star crack in my windshield on Wednesday and requested a quote online in the afternoon. Jamie responded to me within minutes and was so helpful and accommodating. I set up an appointment at my home for Friday, but I ended up emailing Jamie late Weds night to ask if they could come today (Thursday) instead. She called me back as soon as they opened at 8am this morning. Within an hour, Joe was at my house, fixed the crack, and was gone. He did such a wonderful job, I can't even see where the crack was! I am just amazed at this excellent service and how quickly they were able to get me in. Also, my insurance wouldn't wave my comp deductible and the price was half of what Safelite was quoting. I will definitely use Capital Auto Glass again and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a a repair or replacement!

I took my vehicle there for an oil change About a week later, my check engine light came on Having no indication that the check engine light would have anything to do with their oil change. I took my car to the car dealership because it is still under it’s warranty.. The dealership found that the reason the check engine light came on was because during the oil change, they never put the cap back up on my oil which caused a pressure issue. I was charged $90 for the diagnostic to tell me that someone didn’t put the oil cap on from capital auto glass. When I called capital auto glass about this issue looking for them to reimburse me the $90 since it was their error, the owner told me no. Very very poor client service to not own your own mistake and do your best to make it right I will also be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After having my rear windshield replaced, I had a minor leak in the seal that was very difficult to find, as it only leaked when driving in the rain. Brian put the car in their leak test booth and found nothing initially, but he was diligent and finally found an elusive leak into my trunk using pressurized water. They did right by me in warranting this fix to completely re-seal the back glass and accommodated my scheduling needs. Capital Auto Glass does great work, but no shop can be perfect. Their professionalism and no-fuss handling of this warranty issue is a true measure of their dedication to customer satisfaction. If you are shopping around, give Capital Auto Glass a try, you won't regret it!

These guys are excellent, would definitely recommend to others. The windshield in my Mini Cooper was replaced a few years ago by a company that has since gone out of business. When it cracked again, I called Capital Auto Glass. They came out to repair the windshield and informed me that they could not replace it properly because the last person that repaired it epoxied all the trim into place around the windshield. They advised me to order the necessary parts and they'd come back out to complete the repair. They were on time, charged a competitive price and had me back on the road in no time. Definitely worth giving them a call.

Capital Auto Glass is the premier glass replacement shop for Central Pennsylvania. I needed to have my windshield replaced and the employees at Capital Auto Glass were very accommodating. They worked with my insurance to pay for the repair. This is a one place shop to have your glass replaced. They were able to replace my windshield, re-calibrate all safety features and also install new inspection stickers. They also installed new wiper blades. This saved me various trips to the dealership for re-calibration and new inspection stickers. I highly recommend this hidden gem for any glass or other automotive repairs.

We had cracked the windshield on our Acura ILX by accidentally bumping it from the inside on a hot day. When I called Capital Auto Glass they were able to schedule a replacement around our crazy work schedule and did the replacement by coming to our home. The windshield was replaced quickly and you would never know it wasn't the original. I have since been having my truck serviced at their shop in Enola for state inspections, oil changes, and a check engine light fix that ended up just being a sensor that was bad. I will continue having vehicles serviced here and recommend them to everyone.

I had not heard about Capital Auto Glass until my auto dealership advised me I needed a chip in my windshield repaired before my car would pass state inspection. The dealership recommended I take my car to Capital Auto Glass for repair (I had used the "big name company" previously for windshield repairs). I am so glad I did! Within one hour of calling them, the chip was repaired! I took my car to their shop and they repaired the chip on-the-spot. Great folks to talk with as well while they worked!
