Words can’t describe how grateful and happy i am with Michael and his team at Pro-Set Auto Glass!!! A piece of metal fell from semi truck fell onto my windshield and cracked it pretty gnarly i called around and no one was able to get me in when i needed it, gave Pro-Set a call gave them my address and vin number and i could not lie within the hour Michael not only stated he had the windshield in stock but could provide a mobile service and get it done same day! Upon arrival Michael was very courteous and professional making services and charges very upfront and said to give him and about an hour and he would have it completed. nonetheless about an hour goes by and Michael calls and tells me i’m good to go!! This is the second time i’ve had to replace my windshield and the FIRST time i genuinely had a good experience and in the event i need my windshield replaced strongly recommend Pro-Set! I want to started off saying I had a bad experience with ABE Glass at 4055 William Penn ave.waiting almost a WK to get my windshield replaced due to leaks,First his wife ordered the wrong windshield,and they acted like like that was my fault,😟, then when they asked about the right glass at a shop ,it turned up broken ,they tore my molding off around the window and snaps all the clips to my crawl parts and put tape on the molding and said see you next wk and no apologies,and also was still going to charge me full price wow.so I search Google and found pro set and they our the sweetest guys you ever want to meet ,they figured out it was even my windshield leaking it was my molding around my driver's and passenger doors,they refused to be paid, and left me plastic razors to clean where I had everything chaulked,so greatful for all they do ,Judy Laughlin 4/28/25

Micheal came to camelback resort to replace a honda pilot windshield we came all the way from long island .. Excellent customer service by technician Mike. Prompt response and excellent quote on windshield…lowest out of 5 others in the area and first to return phone call with an estimate!! Definitely recommend this company especially after being in the automotive business in the past and being extremely critical when getting my 2019 Subaru Outback serviced. Came out on a holiday weekend because the glass came in early after letting me know I would be scheduled during the week as soon as the glass arrived. Above and beyond is hard to find and this guy exceeded expectations!! You will not find a better price or service!!!

Thank you to Mike & his team for fixing my windshield! My windshield got hit with a rock this fall and instead of getting it fixed right away, I didn't. And so it spread one cold night. I called around to several windshield repair places, and Mike was the only one who explained the process and why the windshield needs recalibrated, and then gave me a fair quote. I scheduled an appointment with him and he was here earlier than expected, courteous, clean, and quick. Hopefully I won't need to replace my windshield again, but if I do, I'll definitely use him again and will be recommending him to others!

Found Mike because of all the good reviews on Google and Mike really deserved them. He answered my call at 9pm and (with some luck on product availability) paid us a visit the next day to replace the windshield. He knows the business well, really cares about his customers, and does not mind taking the time to explain stuff before and after his service. Lucky to have him in the valley!
