The best auto glass experience I have ever had! I ripped off my rearview mirror two days ago and broke the windshield. They were the only place that would take me this soon. They went out of their way to give me the cheapest price they could manage. Cost almost $200 less than I was originally expecting. The waiting room was a breathtaking experience. They had a big screen tv with "4k ocean wonders" playing and beautiful piano music. It was more relaxing than going to a spa. I can't wait to break another windshield just for the waiting room. Thank you Safelite.

I recently had a windshield repaired for a crack. When the repair was completed, unless you knew where the crack was you wouldn't be able to find it. Also a few years back I had a windshield replaced on another vehicle, the mobile service actually came to the house and replaced the windshield right there in the driveway. Both times the repairs were done, the Techs were responsive and courteous. Definitely a good experience each time.

Impressed with how fast my Insurance company got me an appointment. Called in the afternoon and got scheduled for the same time the next day. They followed up immediately with text messages and instructions on preparations for the repair. When we got there, they were friendly and got my windshield replaced within an hour. Gave me instructions on my replacement winshield Inspection Sticker. Very good customer service!

Bridgeville Safelite employees were friendly, professional and kept me well informed. The work they did turned out great. I left there happier than when I came in and appreciated dealing with people who seemed like they were happy to be there and cared about ensuring that the customer was happy as well. Great job! They did an amazing job fixing my windshield and when it leaked because let’s face it, things happen, they didn’t hesitate one bit to replace it again… They even went over and beyond to clean and ionize the inside and clean the fabric headliner. Easy scheduling, dropped the car off, and picked it up the next day! Very smooth and the employees sis a great job!

Had an appointment scheduled waited all day first their technician called and whined about the distance to my home then showed up at 2:45pm to tell me the weather forecast showed rain so he couldn't do it. The technician had a very bad attitude. I'm probably better off his attitude didn't make me feel confident he would have done a good job anyway.

Fantastic service! I had to get my front windshield replaced due to some chips in order to pass inspection. I schedule an appointment online for the next day at 8am. The workers were nice and efficient. They estimated it would take 1.5-2 hours and called me right after 1.5 hours to tell me my car was ready. Highly recommend!

Had to have my front windshield replaced due to a crack from a stone chip and they were able to give me a Saturday appointment so no time lost from work. They were able to replace my glass & recalibrate my camera. They kept me informed from the time I made the appointment until they called me to pick up my vehicle.

We had a small chip in our windshield and wanted to get it repaired before it spiderwebbed. We were able to get the service scheduled and glass fixed within 24 hours. Booking took no time at all and they handled getting payment from our insurance. It couldn’t have been easier.

The manager Ed was professional, super knowledgeable and seemed to truly care about me and my service. He didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need. The tech Joe was also fabulous in his attitude and seemed to really care about doing. Great job. Clean, neat and fast!!!
