Protech Auto Glass

Was called for an on site windshield replacement. Very rude. Basically called me a liar. The sensor in the window popped and blew glass out onto my dash while I was driving and was smoking a tad. She told my husband that was pretty much a lie, without saying the word lie. Well guess what honey....Safe Lite came on site with no arguments or rudeness and completely understood what happened and it’s something he has heard of before. So you missed out on $400ish sale.

Awful!!!! Do not recommend to anyone. Had 2 vehicles done and they screwed up both!!!!! Now it's time to fix their screw up and they expect me to pay for that too!!!! Technician Chris is the most disrespectful person I've had to deal with at any company. They will never torch another of my vehicles or step foot on my property. And now, they won't let me go to another company to fix it. They're insisting they do it. I don't think so.....poor service all the way around!!!!!

Saved my life. Literally. Quick, efficient, friendly. They care about your safety. It's amazing the difference a new windshield makes! They even did a 3 way call with me and my insurance company. Now for the crazy part: A squirrel made a nut stash of my engine block, and they found it! It could have started a car fire, but here I am, safe an sound. Thank you all so much!!

Didn't even use these people, but their techs are very rude blocking road ways people Liv on so we can't get to our own home without having to drive around the block because they have the road blocked fixing a windshield. Didn't even acknowledge me sitting their waiting for him to move. Then their phone are busy or not in service when I go to complain.

I was happy with the windshield replacement. Call the number to get a appointment. They will do work in the shop and then go on the road for those appointments. Since it was a very cold winter day, they recommended the windshield replacement in their shop and I agreed. The windshield seems fine, no leaks or problems after the fact. Very fast repair.

First windshield was installed but was scratched up so they came back out put a second one in and I had wind noise called them was told it was from the install tape but it's pretty sad I have to fill the one side of the trim around the window with form a gasket to fix it myself on a brand new windshieldServicesAuto windshield replacement

I had a quarter size chip in my windshield. They were able to fit me in at their shop within a day. We weren't sure what the weather was going to do, so I took it to them. The chip didn't disappear as much as I thought it might, but I'm comfortable with it. Waiting till the winter months are done and will likely replace it.

Chris just left our house installing a new windshield. I cracked my windshield from the basketball hoop falling on it. Excellent, quick service (it has been less than 24 hours since it happened) and awesome customer service! I would give more stars if I could!
