ABS Auto Glass

I had reached out to ABS after a hoagie sized crack developed on my windshield (the result of driving the American Gladiator Assault Course that is the I95 corridor). The level of customer service displayed by their technicians and office staff was outstanding with a price that could not be beat by any of the other shops I had reached out to. Aside from one mistake (technician originally showed up with a window for a different year vehicle) that required me to take additional time off work to fix this could have easily been a five star experience. Regardless, I was very happy with the final product. I recommend these guys and will be using ABS the next time I'm unable to swiftly dodge out of the way of incoming rocks/debris/small animals.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because that's what they deserve! Do not go here if you like your car and hard earned money, they all around are very rude, have horrible customer service skills and lack intelligence. I recently got my windshield replaced at abs auto glass after three weeks my windshield cracked again due to poor installation, I know this because I've had three other glass experts look at my windshield and tell me it's DUE TO POOR INSTALLATION. This woman refuses to fix my windshield when she is at fault instead of fixing my windshield she offers me a deal on the cost of a new windshield she is nothing but a crook take your money elsewhere!

I called ABS glass for a quote to replace my shattered windshield , Jen from the office was very pleasant and scheduled me for the following afternoon. Of course it happened to be pouring out that day, Milton the installer was able to meet me at a friend's house he said we could use his garage for the install. Building was very professional and does clean work. Will definitely be using their services and would recommend anyone who needs auto glass use them.

I'm so happy to have found ABS Auto glass, on the way to work something flew of a truck and smashed my windshield.. I called ABS auto glass and spoke to a women named Jen who was more than happy and willing to solve my problem... They even came to my work that same day, it was GREAT!! They where so friendly and kind, couldn't ask for more! I would highly recommend this place if you LOVE your vehicle take it here!!! Thanks again guys

I am from Florida. Right before I was getting ready to leave PA and go home my windshield cracked. My Son called ABS auto glass and spoke with Jenn. Jenn had me drop my car off in the morning and it was done 1 1/2 hours before promised. The service was excellent and employees were very friendly. Doing business with a small business really makes a difference. Thank you Jenn.

Above and beyond service! They were able to locate two windows for my broken into vehicle and replace the glass the same day as the break in. The owner even offered to pick me up and drop me off at my apartment. A family friendly business with great prices. Overall, an excellent place to do auto repair business. I will be a returning customer for auto repair needs!

The techs called 1 hour before the install and was done less than an hour. Clean windshield install and the price was very reasonable. So far so good. With see how it hold up, but so far so good. Update: My windshield need to be replaced again and I remembered ABS did a fine job for me 4 years ago. Called yesterday, here today and done within an hour. Thank you!

Very professional and knowledgeable business in general. I am newer to the area and this was my first (and hopefullly last) windshield to replace The customer serivce was exceptional and I felt comfortable allowing they to take this job. I was very grateful to find this exceptional establishment and I would highly recommend!

This place is a class act! Service is over the top accommodating as my schedule is crazy and they made a great exception for me and Danny there installer stayed late on a Friday at that. Truely wonderful and heart filled people! Just left there.... now that says a lot and thank you all so very much!
