Upon arriving Danny the service technician that was replacing my windshield found a few other little problems and took care of them right there on the spot without any additional charge!! Excellent Service.. I needed windshield replacement on 2 vehicles, initially I used Safelite via my insurance what a big mistake. They claimed a little rust(literally) around the window frame would prevent them from doing the job unless I took it to a body shop to get the little rust around the edges repair..(Uh isn't that apart of window replacement finding some rust ever heard of sand paper 🤔🤨) What a joke, wasted day, couldn't drive my car because they removed window and the molding. My mechanic told me to reach out to Lucky I texted him he responded quickly he told me he would be out the next morning and that he would take care of the rust so it would bond correctly. His crew came to my home 9:58am was done both vehicles @ 10:52am with no problems plus full warranty. Excellent customer service "honest" and professional. Highly recommended you won't be disappointed.

These guys are INCREDIBLE! Went to a few other well known places for quotes and was baffled at their pricing. I found Lucky Auto Glass LLC and emailed him about the issue late on a Tuesday night. Wednesday morning we texted, I sent a pic of my windshield and scheduled an appointment for Thursday morning for them to come to my house. They called early in the morning to let me know their ETA. Showed up right on time and got to work right away. They were done in 40 minutes from start to finish. It looks great! They took a card payment, sent me the receipt, gave me instructions on aftercare. Lifetime warranty. AND, best of all, I paid a fraction of what all those other guys quoted me. This was such an efficient and cost effective process! I texted the number the night prior with my make, model, and year, and Lucky’s responded in less than 30 minutes stating they could come out the next day. They quoted me a price based on my car and location, and they were able to replace my windshield within 40 minutes upon arrival. Danny was my technician and he was very prompt with communications, providing an ETA, directions regarding the lifetime warranty, and do’s/don’ts after replacing the windshield. Can't stress how easy a process this was. Exchanges of texts the day prior to get a quote and provide information with appointment set the next day. The crew was extremely courteous with providing their arrival time and keeping me posted with any delays. Job was completed at a remote location at my request (commercial parking lot) due to recent snow storm. Replacement was done in time provided with throughout explanation of process and aftercare. What a great service these guys rendered. They were timely and efficient due to my circumstances. A few nights prior to Halloween 2018, someone decided to break the rear glass of my CRV. As assumed, Safelite wanted an arm and a leg to ours and half of one of my eyebrows to repair the black glass. These two gentlemen completed the repair in under 15 minutes and had me on my way for way less than the competitors. Oh you bet I called around. If you are in the tri-state area and you are in need of an emergency repair, have no time to waste, strapped for cash, the guys over at Lucky’s are there for you. The job was as professional as can be and had factory appearance when finished. The only you might need is a replacement emblem.

Lucky Auto is awesome! I emailed them on a Sunday (when they were closed), and they replied within the hour to schedule an appointment on Monday the next day! I had been considering going to Safelite since it was a bigger name brand, but they couldn't get me in until over a week and it was going to be over $100 more. I brought a used car that had the rear view mirror mounted at the bottom of the windshield’s frits area. This caused a safety issue with tall drivers’ field of view. I wanted the mirror raised a couple inches along with the metal mount. The tech suggested raising the mirror with a new mount because of a 20% chance of cracking the glass. He also found a chip in the windshield I didn’t notice. He fixed both issues at a very reasonable price at my home. Very professional experience with this company. I recommend them.

Called a week prior which they only text ask how long in advance they said one day notice so I texted one day notice they gave me a time then took off from work get a text again about 1 before saying the man power is short can we reschedule I told him no that's bad business if you know your man power short why tell me a one day notice and why give me a schedule time then cancel and the text thing is crazy anyway I like to talk about what I need I should of took that as a bad sign

After several of the "name brand" companies were not able to get a windshield for a 2018 Pacifica I tried Lucky Auto Glass. We communicated only by text and I admit that I was concerned, but they showed up, on time, with the correct glass and did a great, clean, job installing it.
