At first I was satisfied with the service and speed of the replacement... That was until, while brushing off my passenger seat, I cut my finger open on a shard of glass stuck in the fabric. This lead me to pull up my floor mats only to see 20-30 more shards of glass scattered across the floor and stuck in different cracks/spots. There is zero explanation for there being glass shards all through my car other than the employees at Hilltop failed to clean it up after they fixed my windshield. I worked with this shop recently to have the back glass in a Kia Soul replaced. I dropped the car off the day of the accident and they had it replaced and ready to go by 9:30 AM the following morning. I was really impressed with the workmanship. It looks just as sleek and before. And I enjoyed working with Tom. He is calm and knows his stuff. He had everything in order and was very professional.

Friendly, Quick, and Convenient...In and Out in about 30 min. ...start to finish...billed my insurance directly, got authorization code from them to do the work over the phone and that was that...about as easy and hassle free as it gets!
