Auto Glass Pros

Had a cracked windshield replaced in shop, the wait time was short and my window looks sparkling clear and spotless! My experience was outstanding, I really felt welcomed and cared about. The service was professional, they were knowledgeable and my windshield looks brand new! Very cool shop and nice area, only a few minutes from Redmond.

Dylan showed up when he told me he would be there, got straight to work, finished up and walked me through everything he did. There were issues with the last install from a different company. He cleaned up their mess and was super professional. This is the third windshield he’s done for us and we will use his services again!

Very nice and Great job done. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Fast and no trouble, they took care of everything. You can usually tell what kind of a person someone is by how they treat their children and he had his son with him and you could see what a great father he was and his son was so polite. 4 stars

After being referred to another area glass shop and not being called back to schedule (×2), I went with Auto Glass Pros and have nothing but great things to say from start to finish about my experience. They were prompt to answer my call and get me scheduled for a time that worked best to me/their next available. They met me at an easy location (business office during the work day). They communicated as they were on their way and upon their arrival. Upon arrival, they inspected my vehicle and them immed. began the process to install of my new windsheild. Dylan was prompt and efficient and thorough with his instructions-- taking great care of getting my windshield replace in no time. I was shopping around looking for some cost savings on a front vent window for my 2015 Prius. I found Auto Glass Pros & was immediately impressed. Dylan & the team were great! He quickly found me a replacement & saved me $150! Installed when promised so I can drive around my clients w/out a shattered window & looks great:) Professional/ Responsive/ Experienced ❤️ they are mobile…..come to you on your time! Dylan was phenomenal and was able to get me in the next day for a mobile replacement! He was also very considerate and was willing to give me the in shop price for a mobile repair due to the circumstances of needing the replacement! Brian was the tech who came out and he was also very kind and professional and was quick but diligent in his work to make sure everything was good to go! Definitely recommend Auto Glass Pros and will definitely be using them again if needed!

Overall, a decent experience. A few things I think could have been better, he was a bit late, the new windshield had to be cleaned by myself before I could drive it away from work because of a film that was very obvious when the sunlight hit it, and I was not made aware of the 3% charge for not paying cash until the day of the replacement. Dylan was friendly, professional, came to my work without me having to move my car, and I am overall happy with my new windshield.

Was quick and convenient. I got pulled over by the same police officer twice and warned about my windshield. I needed to have it replaced as soon as possible and called to schedule, and once aware of my situation they were able to get me in a few days. Came to the shop where my truck was parked and called me when they were pulling in and by the time I got there they were done and the windshield is as good as new.

These guys were awesome. They were on time and did efficient, really quality work. They were courteous and kind. They came right to my house and got the windshield replaced. Only one downfall- my car has cameras, so those needed to be calibrated in their shop, so I ended up having to drive to Terrebonne, which wasn’t ideal. However, they worked hard and quickly to finish the job. They provide a great service.

Dylan and his partner (I did not ask the young man’s name) came out they were quick and efficient. Work was flawless and he listened to my concerns regarding glass inside of the door. They replaced the window in less than 30 minutes. Definitely would recommend this company and use them in the future. (Though hopefully no more glass will be breaking anytime soon).
