I had a great deal of apprehension about replacing the cracked windshield on my Audi TT, my super adorable car who I named "Myrtle". Luckily, I found SameDay AutoGlass and based on their 5-star customer reviews ended up there instead. Bobby and Leslie immediately put me at ease and reassured me that they would take good care of my "Myrtle" during her "windshield surgery". While I waited, Leslie handled all the insurance paperwork for me which was super convenient and she even matched the coupon from the other company! Thirty minutes later, "Myrtle" had a new windshield and all the necessary insurance paperwork was taken care of-- Very happy with my experience --from the quality of the product, workmanship, attention to detail, to the exceptional customer service--they basically held my hand through the whole process and made it stress-free. And to top it off, they even gave me a complimentary pair of windshield wipers to thank me for my business! So glad I decided to go with SameDay AutoGlass instead of the other company! I would definitely recommend this locally owned business. Very impressed.
