If you’re looking for a windshield replacement this is the place you need to come! Submitted my insurance claim and selected Rimrock auto glass. Got a call from them an hour later, and an appointment the following week. They got my Tacoma’s windshield replaced in 27 minutes, and it looks better than factory. I had my windshield replaced a few years back at a different place in bend, and it was warped, they re used parts, kept making excuses as to why the moulding was coming off etc. the guys at Rimrock did it the right way, the way it should be done! Plus they were great to chat with and are just good folks. They had did my wife’s Subaru windshield last year, and now my Tacoma’s. Both are flawless. And I have no doubt we will never have any issues with them. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!

100% use this place I was driving and a tractor knocked out my front passenger window. I called near 230pm and talked to Casey and he said he could have the window in at 7am. Dropped the keys and vehicle off that night, he parked it inside so it’d be safe. Then I got a call at 725 am that my car was done and ready for pick up. They even cleaned the glass off the front floor board, seat, and inside door panel. Due to my husband working late, they worked with me, let me pay by phone, and left the keys and vehicle where I could pick it up after hours. Great people. Great service. Quick. I reached out to Rimrock Auto for a windshield replacement. Brian was very helpful over the phone with finding the right windshield for my vehicle. They were able to fit me into their schedule the very next day. Which was amazing! I received great customer service upon arrival. It was nice to receive a warm welcome while having my infant. As a first time mom that means a lot as going out in public can be nerve racking. Rimrock completed the replacement & calibration quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the outcome. I have all great things to say about these guys. Highly recommend with your auto glass needs.

I called today 7 different companies they were either very expensive, rude and weeks out. I called Rimrock Auto Glass they were so nice gave me a quote over the phone and got my windshield fixed at my work the same day. They treat people friendly and professional they treat people the way you would want to be treated. They called me when it was finished and payed over the phone they emailed me my receipt. This place is the best glass repair shop near Bend for sure. I got my window busted in Portland and these guys got me in the next day! I called like 5 places and they were all either crazy expensive or had atleast 2 week wait times… but luckily my friend who’s a Bend local recommended this place and they worked me in! I’ve been traveling for a bit so the fact they were able to get me in so fast and for such a good price was honestly a lifesaver. I’d recommend this place to anyone, keep up the good work guys!

I had broken the rear window in my Tacoma, these guys had me a rear window the next day and installed it in a few hours! The tint didn’t match up perfectly but they were kind enough to tint the window for free!! So impressed with there business I’m having my front windshield replaced tomorrow and they are even traveling to my place in Prineville! We were on are way to Bend Oregon when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it. We were staying at Sun Outdoor RV park. I called Rim Rock Auto Glass Justin came out the next morning and gave me an estimate he ordered the windshield for my truck next day. Casey and Justin came out and installed the windshield. First off go here! Had them replaced a severely broken (shattered) windshield. Went in to get a quote and was blown away. I found out I've paid way to much in the past. They were right around $100 cheeper then the last time I had my windshield replaced. Very friendly staff got the job done expertly.
