Pendleton Auto Glass

A shop that will bend you over and smile at you for it. I went in with a leaky windshield that was ruining my brand new headliner. After my car had been sitting at the shop for 5 hours, I decided to drive by and see if they had begun working on it; they had not and it was still parked in the same spot. I called and asked if any progress had been made and I was lied to and told that they had begun working on it. After another couple hours, they moved my car to a different spot and called me to tell me that the leak couldn’t be repaired and the whole window MUST be replaced (I was told, at first, that the repair was estimated at $60-150). I later had the window simply sealed in some small spots, at a professional shop, for free. This shop is the perfect example of mediocrity and this experience was so bad I’d honestly hate for others to waste their money here.

My family and I were driving to Boise from Spokane, stopping in Pendleton. On Thursday morning I called to see if they could fix a rock chip I had gotten the previous evening. They said that their tech was there until noon. They told me how much it would be. I asked if my insurance company could pay for it. They told me to call my insurance and have them fax over the information. I did that and they fixed it that morning by 9:20 AM. They were prompt and were very professional. I highly recommend them.

We needed our windshield repaired from a flying rock so we called and Todd told us to bring it down for a look… We were able to get it repaired for a very reasonable price by a mechanic named Eric. Needed to get a front windshield chip repaired. I chose this company because of their rating on google. They got me in quickly, their quote was reasonable, and the chip looks so much better than before. Really impressed. Happy the reviews were accurate.

While on a multi state road trip got a rock chip. Travis at Pendleton Auto Glass and the team there were amazingly quick and thorough and did a great job so we could get back on the road super fast! So grateful for all they did for us! Thanks guys!

Very honest place! I went in for a windshield repair and they said they would give it a shot. Unfortunately the rock caused to much damage and it was unable to be repaired. They fit me in and were very nice!

I had the most wonderful experience today getting my windshield replaced, which is typically a stressful situation. They are so wonderful and go above and beyond.

My rear view mirror came off my windshield so I stopped in here to see if they could fix it and they did right away no charge awesome people in here
