I would never use them. I called their number, got a nationwide answer service. I had a chip in my windshield, she explained if I paid for it myself and not through insurance it would be $92 not their usual $150 they bill insurance companies. The next day I wanted to call their shop to see if I could drive by to have him look at it. No local number, it goes to the national number. Screw that. I called a local shop that has 3 locations in S Oregon, they'll fix it, just walk in all day, $60. Deal. Bill's Glass took care of it in 20 minutes, $60 out the door, and if the windshield cracks more, that $60 will go toward a new one. Support your local businesses go to Bills Glass.

The tech, Aden, who serviced my vehicle was very professional and competent. I love this company! It was the second window I've had replaced by them. They're prompt and thorough and very flexible with any changes. Overall Safelite has possibly been my favorite company to work with. My only complaint (if any) would be the extra $40 tagged on to the initially stated price for my replacement back window which was already kind of high ($600). You guys get an A from me for your top notch service, prompt scheduling, and great attitude towards me. Thank you!!

I needed to re-schedule. Super pain and the phone tree is crap. Finally went with chat and got it done. But I kept getting reminders for the other date. Fortunately, I had a card from my visit was able to call the tech and straighten it out. My appt with calibration was supposed to be 3 hrs but it was done in 1.5 hrs. The website and chat all try to up sell $35per wiper blades and a costly rainx type application. I said no to all. They did not try to change my mind at the shop. Good. Overall, an easy appointment.

Got my windshield replaced around 2 months ago and I got hit with a rock on the freeway and got a chip. I don’t know what cheap glass they use but my first windshield was fine for over 4 years this one barely lasted. I tried to get help and I can’t even call this shop it sends you to a 1-800 number to talk to robots. I just wanted to talk to a person and I got no help at all. I am going to go to Bill’s Glass now to get my windshield replaced again! Absolutely ridiculous.

The technician that replaced the glass was very quick, but there was a rubber seal that came out when I was cleaning the glass shards. I forgot to bring it. The technician should have recognized that the seal was missing but didn't mention it. I looked it up on the internet on how to do it and installed it myself. Not very good customer service. I have physical problems with my shoulder joints, which is why I didn't want to do it myself...

I made an appointment to replace my windshield due to an expanding crack. The website was easy to navigate, they ran my insurance, and quoted the cost upfront. The appointment slots are half day (I assume they make 2 appts per slot) and mine was first at 0830. My car was done and ready to drive before 1000. Jared the service rep was knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. I would use this service again anytime!

I’m very happy with Safelight. It couldn’t have been easier. I quickly scheduled my appointment and paid online. I knew when to expect Jared and what he looked like. Jared was courteous and competent. He arrived on time and in a Safelight van and in uniform. His workmanship was excellent and he didn’t mind that we wanted to watch the fun part! The insurance adjuster requested I go to Safelite. Although it was a distance from my home I scheduled with other appointments. From the parts specialist, Joel Barron, to the Medford, Oregon store lead Louis Merino, I experienced excellent professional customer service in a timely manner. Their prices are fair and made the repair process easy. I would highly recommend them.

My tech Louis was excellent! He was extremely personable and answered all my questions.My car was done on time as promised. Very glad I got the windshield package which included the wipers as Louis suggested. It’s my first experience at Safelite and will definitely recommend you guys to friends. I hope Louis is recognized for the great job he does! Thank you Louis.

Awesome group of guys able to get my chip fixed on a Saturday. I showed up 30mins early and they were able to get me in right away. Great experience at this location. I would recommend coming here ASAP if you sustain damage to your windshield. Also with my insurance fixing the chip was free. I hope this review helps anyone dealing with a similar situation.
