NO STARS. I brought in my car to replace the replacement windshield that had a film on it that 2 visits to address it didn't work. After this warranty work, I discovered that the B Pillar covers had been broken and glued back together. I also discovered that a screw in the trim that was just replaced 2 weeks ago,that they broke the first time and never told me about,is missing. I've also noticed that the weather stripping is not properly attached to the vehicle and the clip that it attaches to does not have the original amount of scrwes in it and the plastic clips in the weather striping are now missing. The windshield wipers were not correctly aligned, again, and there was a missing push pin in the engine trim. I thought Safelite was a stand-up and responsible company. It seems that every time I come in to get something fixed,something else gets damaged. This is not acceptable work from a nationwide company. I reached out to Safelight through their customer service via email 2 wees ago and have heard nothing from them. Do your homework on the condition of everything that will be removed to replace your windshield. Take pictures of your vehicle, You'll need them to back up your damage claims.

Josh is a freaking superstar! He called me to say he'd be at my place 20 minutes early and he kept his word. I tried to stay away from him as he worked because he was displaying his expertise in removing the old windshield and placing the new one as evidenced by his economy of movement, brisk pace of somebody who knows what they are doing and no idle chitchat about non-essential things. He re-calibrated the cameras and other things on my rig's windshield and they work perfectly. Safelite's barrage of email is probably necessary to ensure that things go well but a small price to pay to have a cracked windshield replaced at my house so expertly. Josh needs a pay raise. He is a Pro! and no, I'm not related to Josh or have ever met him before he arrived at my place to replace the windshield.

I really wish things would have gone better… I had them come to my work as I could not make it out there due to my schedule. Brian, who was my technician, came early which was nice but took longer than anticipated. Granted I wasn’t going anywhere but he said 2-3 hours. Came at 1pm, left around 4:30. It was busier at my work so I couldn’t step away until well after he left. Went out to my car to find the drivers door all the way ajar, my paint scratched in multiple places around my windshield where he installed it, and glass shards on my dash. He was a very nice gentleman but I was shocked to find everything I did. I went through safelite because my insurance company goes through them for repairs, I do not see myself recommending anyone them or going back there.

The Technician that came to me to replace the windshield on my 2005 mustang gt was friendly, fast, knowledgeable, and he was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. The price was phenomenal and included new wipers and included a window treatment like rain-ex for all my glass and both are covered with a 6 month warranty the glass has a lifetime warranty on quality and defects. (Not rockchips or cracks). He worked in 96 degree weather without complaint don't worry I made sure he had a shaded area and water to drink. I WILL be using Safelite again after this experience. Ps: price online and check a few times over a couple days period the prices change almost daily.

Josh Derr was awesome. He was clean while he worked always cleaning up behind himself. He is very knowledgeable and was very careful while working on my truck. He even took extra precautions and taped around my door to ensure no paint was scratched while installing the new window. He gave me an arrival window of 9am-11am and was here by 910am. It took him less than an hour to get the work done and made sure I was happy and satisfied with the work before he did his final paperwork to complete the job on his end. I could not have asked for better service. I highly recommend both this branch of Safelight and their tech Josh.

The Keizer shop went above and beyond in order to make sure my vehicle was taken care of and me too. I had a really rough week with the first anniversary of my husband’s death and they made it better - they even called the next day (day of the repair) to make sure I was okay. The customer service was amazing! The technician that arrived at my house was friendly, informative and professional. He replaced my shattered passenger window in no time. I am so appreciative for all of the caring, kind people who helped me. I won’t hesitate to call them again if I need to. You’re the best!

Installer a little snippy, I went to check the progress multiple times. I noticed that "Brian had damaged my dash while removing the adhesive/gasket, big gash in dash on driver side. My rear view mirror is not mounted in correct location. I get in my car to do errands, I noticed my air bag cover is broken. This is bad, air bag may not deploy correctly. Called customer service,I was assured they would contact me today (Monday). I did not get a call from Safelite!! I'm feeling a little irritated. Can't see dash scrape with windshield in.

Windshield that was installed was defective. Was bowed out at the middle and very noticeable. Appears more glue was added due to this and started seeping out of the bottom of the window. Additionally the piece that covers the bottom of the window is now damaged and it also does not line up. This window replacement costed about 1000$ and this is the quality ? My vehicle is a lease vehicle and due to the poor quality I’m afraid I’ll be charged for this. Also found out the seals don’t appear to fit properly either.

We chose the mobile service to replace the shattered back window on our Honda Pilot. I would have given this Safelite location 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lead time of three weeks, and they tried to charge me extra later after prepaying online - but the field technician, Jason, rectified that and he was able to clear that charge up by taking the time to call his office. Jason was friendly and honest. He performed the job with professionalism and cleaned up his job site when he was done.

After a rock or something hit my windshield and started to crack, my insurance company recommended Safelite in Salem OR. My replacement windshield process was seamless. It was easy to schedule an appt online, everyone from staff to technicians were friendly and professional. They clearly explained what needed to be done and how long it would take. They actually handled it in less time and I was on my way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with the same issue.
