Cascade Auto Glass Clackamas,did a great job on my windshield quick and efficient.I was in and out in less than an hour. Windshield was ordered and ready to install when I arrived, I was able to see product before install, and they were polite, friendly and courteous. Sam was a great personable agent whowas efficient helpful and took care of reaching out to the insurance with a conference call with me, to make sure everything went smooth. They offer coffee, refreshments, snacks and water. CAG Clackamas was much more friendly, clean, and personable then when I went to Safelite last year.

What a great place to have the windshield on my Maverick replaced. They greeted me with a friendly hello, gave me my wait window for the job to be completed, and then my technician came out to my truck to review the vehicle. He gave me his estimated time and was professional and friendly. The waiting area was comfortable, mostly quiet, and they had coffee, sodas, and snacks. I helped myself to a Cracker Jack bag. Upon completion I went out to my car, the glass appears flawless and wow, my interior was vacuumed. Thank you for the great service.

While visiting friends, my passenger window got smashed in. I called Cascade about 10 minutes before they closed, and they happily set an appointment up for me the next day. I was scheduled between 11-3 for them to come to me, but wanted to get started driving home as early as possible. I called the minute they opened and, once again happily, were about to get me in within half an hour, and had the window replaced in another half hour. Great service, great price, can't think of a better ending for a bad situation

Scheduled a windshield repair over the phone and was promptly given an appointment the following week. They were also able to do a conference call with an insurance agent and file my insurance claim while on the phone at the same time! Twas very efficient! Sam at the front desk was a great help with early drop off! Kiley did a wonderful job on my front windshield! Even dusted my dash for a clean pickup! Very satisfied with the service at this shop!

Met with Sam at the Clackamas location. He went to take a look at my chipped windshield and told me the chip was filled before. If we were to do it again it will further damage my windshield from the pressure. Instead he applied a strengthening material on the top to ensure the crack won’t spread. All of these are at free of charge. Top notch services. Well above and beyond!

Came in to happy Valley Cascade glass this morning for a rock chip repair. Sam and Eric and Kylie helped me immediately by listening to my explanation of what the challenge was and then working quickly and professionally to remove my rock chip. I am very satisfied with them and would recommend their shop to anyone with a windshield problem.
